Attendant was rude and unhelpful. I brought in 6 small blankets and 5 twin sized comforters at 8am and was told it would be $15 a comforter and $10 for a child sized blanket. Additionally, they couldnt get it done in the 12 hours they were open, and maybe not even by the next day. The entire time the attendant was taking my order she was scoffing and shaking her head in disapproval like I was bothering her. Also had to wait for someone to show up and open the doors despite being there at 8am when they should be open. Went to Dutch Maid instead and they charged 10 a comforter and 6 dollars a blanket and can have it done by noon. Will not try this place again.

This is the first laundry facility where I actually felt welcome. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Best customer service I have ever experienced. The attendant is old school. Meaning back in the day excellent customer service was a thing and this gentleman still believes it should be so. I only needed to use a dryer. $1.50 cheaper than where l had been going and my clothes were actually dry. Wish I would have found this place sooner. Almost makes me want to cancel the dryer I have on order... Almost

This laundry mat is the only one I will go to in Springfield. They are clean and the attendants are so nice. To the man that said the owner was a "total jerk", I disagree. He is very nice and has stayed open past closing for me several times in the past when I was running behind. It was the fourth of July and even business owners have families and plans. I am sorry he had a bad experience here but dont let that change your opinion of going, it is a great and friendly laundry mat.

Darren and Pada, I only have to say thank you for helping do my laundry and for $10-$20=1x to 4x loads of laundry= happiness for 3 1/2 years I have been without washer/dryer but I come in, I set up, I ask to be flipped and I return sometimes forgetting my clothes but knowing they are in good hands, pay when I collect or pay ahead thank you so much for all that you 2 and all other staff at Family Laundry!

I came in on a Saturday. Place was busy with most of the machines running; parking lot filled with cars; and more people inside than I usually see. Dropped off my clothes to be washed with softener and be folded, given an ETA pickup of tomorrow noon. Several hours later, same day, I receive a call notification that my clothes are ready to be picked up. Stellar top-notch service and affordable pricing!

I absolutely love this laundry mat. I go once a week and have never been disappointed with service or quality of machines! This is a 5 star locally owned business and Im a major supporter of shopping local. All the staff are eager to help in any way needed. I highly recommend them. No laundromat in town compares in service, quality, or customer service.

Good washers and dryers. They seem a bit pricey, but they are only a few cents more than other laundromats. The extra price is worth it in my opinion. The staff is helpful and they offer changeover service. There are some unsettling pamphlets on one of the tables, but they may not have been played their by the owners.

It is July 4th... I called because instead driving, I had to walk since I dont have a car... I asked what time they closed... Got their with more than 45 minutes... Guy was a total jerk and wouldnt let me wash my clothes. Would give it a negative number if possible! Will never come here again!

Is there a zero star option? No more cheap, single load washers! I am forced to use the jumbo-sized, over priced, "more water/energy efficient" washers that dont clean your clothes all the way. I always feel like the attendant is watching me. Its really creepy. I will not be going back.

washers and dryers are clean, staff is always friendly and very helpful, and they do prompt changeover service for an extra dollar per load, so you can go drop everything into the dryer, go do other errands, and pick it up dry in just a couple hours. very convenient and well priced.

Its a very friendly atmosphere and convenient because I can use a debit or credit card instead of a roll of quarters. They also have plenty of detergent and dryer sheets. I always forget to bring them, so Im glad they have them available to buy as well.

I have been coming here for over two years. The price is more than reasonable, the people are always nice and helpful. I wouldnt go to any other laundromat in town. Its always clean and they offer drop off service if youre ever in a hurry!

Great facility. Im forced to use these as i travel for work. This location was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. For myself and 2 coworkers to each wash and dry 1 load was a bargain!
