The Grand Ave store has excellent service! I tried Mulberrys for the first time after it was highly recommended to me by an employee at my apartment building, Symphony Place. Because I was a first-time customer, I didn’t have their customer-specific garment bag yet so I placed my items in a plastic bag and used a piece of paper to fill out my information. Two weeks past and my items hadn’t been delivered so I called to see what happened. Turns out my contact information was entered incorrectly and my items were delivered to the wrong address. Because of this, it took almost 1.5 months to get my clothing back. I was very upset by this, but I was even more upset when I received a bill for the “service”. I called Mulberrys Roseville, the store on my bill, multiple times and no one answered. I was very annoyed by this. I then Googled another number for the company and was connected with Nina, the manager of the store on Grand. I explained my situation and she immediately took the necessary steps to zero out my bill and even personally made sure I had an email confirmation of the zero balance, which I received within 10 minutes of talking with her. My issue had nothing to do with Nina’s store, yet she took the time to handle it effectively and very quickly. This is excellent customer service. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them speaks very loudly for the integrity of the company. I’m very pleased with the end result of this situation and despite a bad first experience I would still recommend this company to friends – thanks to Nina. Keep up the good work.

I brought a fleece in to have the zipper replaced because it got jammed. Two weeks later the fleece was finished; I noticed that instead of replacing the whole zipper, they just pried the zipper apart and replaced the pull. But it seemed to work, so okay, fine. Until a few weeks later when I was hiking and the zipper started gapping open at the same place it had been jammed. I noticed that there was a little gap on the right side of the zipper, and whenever any pressure was applied to that section, the entire zipper would lose integrity. When I brought the fleece back to have it re-fixed (and hopefully replaced this time), Mullberrys said they would replace the zipper for free and I was thrilled. This is the customer service I have heard so much about! Unfortunately, when I was contacted to come pick the fleece up, the zipper still had not been replaced and I showed the woman there how it pulls open when pressure is put on that gap. She apologized and stated it would be replaced. I waited three weeks and then called for an update. They told me the fleece was ready and that the zipper had been replaced. I again went to pick it up, and again saw the zipper still had not been replaced. The woman working shrugged and told me that she guesses they cant fix it. Now granted, Im not a tailor, but I dont understand how its not possible to replace a zipper. And even if the zipper is not fixable, I am amazed by the lack of communication and poor customer service I received. I have a wedding dress that needs alterations, and you can bet Ill bring it somewhere else.

I brought ten items into Mulberrys for rush service. I was only given 9 items back and one of the shirts was ruined. I called multiple times to find the whereabouts of my pair of missing pants and to be at least be reimbursed for the rush charge on the pants. Finally someone offered me a 50% refund and said they would continue looking for my pants. I checked my credit card statement to see if anything was refunded and I was refunded 1 dollar for an over 100 dollar order.... then they charged me an additional dollar. All this place has done is waste my time and money.

Mulberrys is fast, efficient, extremely friendly and fairly priced. I typically dont dry clean my clothes (even when I should) because its always been kind of a grim experience. Ive dry cleaned more at Mulberrys over the past couple of months than I ever have total in my life. The space is beautiful, the staff is friendly, you are in and out of there quickly, AND they are a green dry cleaner with really great pricing. Ill never go anywhere else - thanks, you guys!

Mulberrys has always done a great job with my clothes since I started going there about a year ago! They do a great job with dry cleaning and the laundered items I brought in, but I was particularly happy with their alterations department. I had a pair of pants I needed shortened, and when the pair of pants came back, you couldnt even tell they were altered, and they fit me perfectly. Will def be going back !

I have been a long time customer of the Mulberrys location in St. Louis Park. I appreciate the quick turnaround and love the wooden hangers. Their hours work well with my schedule and the staff members are always friendly and attentive to my needs. I guess that is why they have the exclusive on all of our families garment care needs.

A little more expensive than many of the other options, but my shirts have never been so clean. Absolutely fantastic job. And they give you wood hangers with your impeccably cleaned shirts. And their detergents / process are environmentally kind. Ill be back.
