I have been a regular customer here since moving down the street a few years ago and have appreciated the convenience of the location and the customer service. That is, until tonight. I went into the laundromat on June 17, 2015 and started filling a washing machine with a small load. As I was placing the coinage in the machine, the older lady working there barked at me, "Stop!" She then promptly told me to take the clothes out and leave the store. I was confused and asked her if the store did not indeed close at 10. She finally explained to me that the last load needs to be in by 8:30. Apparently it was 8:35 at that point. I did not appreciate her yelling at me and being so rude. I also wish she would have been a bit lenient and allowed me to finish my laundry since I was only 5 minutes past 8:30 and I had such a small load anyway. I would have certainly been out of there by 10pm. I have worked management for a few companies and realize this was very poor customer service. I will probably be taking my business elsewhere now.

Washers that will hold 3 loads! We dried 4 loads(including JEANS) in ONE machine in 32 minutes....For $2...Thats right....TWO BUCK$! This will be our spot from now on.

Very seldom crowded, staff is very nice and helpful. The only downside is that some of the machines are always out of order. I really enjoy going there.

most of the washers are leaking or dont work! I paid $4.25 total to get my comforter cleaned and its STILL DIRTY!!!!
