I havent dealt with the firm directly, but Ive been using their software quite a bit lately and its both badly coded and not tested on the back end. The end result were repeated errors, feedback loops, and impossible to solve logic errors. Not suggesting that they cant do quality work, merely that customers of their products take a hard look at the product their offered before
