This agencies have rigid dress codes and then send you to assignments so menial they barely require pants. Do I really need to be in top hat and tails to make binders all day? Meanwhile, the employees Im supposed to be dazzling with my sartorial splendor are milling about in leotards and bathrobes, asking me why I dressed up.They also pressure us relentlessly to brown-nose the clients, since goody-goody temps make for better business. Makes sense, but unfortunately no tangible benefits exist for those who do the brown-nosing. If I take the initiative and ask for extra work, the client might never switch temp companies, but Im stuck doing more work! Would they mind if I took the initiative and asked for extra pay? I have to pull teeth to get my weekly pittance as it is. Temps are required to get a supervisors signature confirming that we did, in fact, show up. Woe be the temp who discovers on Friday afternoon that everyone resembling a supervisor has gone home for the weekend. Half the time my time sheet is signed by the janitor. Any other line of work, its a given that you get paid for your labor. In temping, they make you beg. I am at a loss for a response. I am clearly not having fun, nor is any fun pending.

Worked with a guy named Nick . The very next day after meeting I went to two big time companys for interviews , On MY WAY HOME they were both calling Nick where he was negotiating on my behalf to choose the best fit for me, not only for pay but the one Ill Excell at, and be most comfortable . Ive worked with many staffing agencies, temp services ect. In my opinion twin City staffing is not only the real deal, but I would highly suggest anyone to utilize their services . Thanx Nick !! Your the cats a*#!! Furthermore to set the record straight they do not work on Commission the gentleman that I worked with gets paid either way he gets a paycheck whether he finds me a job or doesnt find me a job. he believes in what he does and hes good at it so anyone whos crying about " they put me at a job I didnt like just for money bs" go pound sand . You chose a place you didnt really want to work or didnt have the skills necessary to perform the job so be honest about your skills ect and they will find you what fits you best. Or pound sand ! Thanx again !!

I wrote a review at the Twin City Staffing in Bloomington also because the young lady that I met in Saint Paul Luisa Benitez also work there but where i meet with her was in St. Paul and I meet a lot of the staff that work there at the time and I have to say they were all so kind generous and very helpful and I really want to say thank you for giving me an opportunity to get a great job. one of the worst staffing agencies ever I talked to some lady named Alma Castillo.. she was super rude and should not be working there she made the company look bad and really made me never want to do business with them again. She even hung up in my face because I asked for a job start time before I came in for an interview....I think she just didnt want to get up and look for the time.

Always have good paying jobs.I usually only work during the winter with them but they always help me find something to keep me busy. Alma has helped me and many of my friends find work as well. The other recruiters in other offices are always helpful as well.

Good place to work for wether you are looking for a short term or long term job they find you work. As long as you do a good job for them they always try to keep you busy. Ive been sent to work by all of their offices and they have helpful friendly staff.
