Super Callous - All I got was a rude brush off - Avoid Volt and Lindsay Benson. I applied for a job using Excel. I used Excel every work day for nearly four years! No interview, I only received a generic - We have hired someone else note from Lindsay Benson. I wrote and asked for some real feedback. She wrote and said – I thought you would be bored. She had never even talked with me on the telephone. A few days later I wrote and said – That’s just a stereotype. Here’s what I’m good with, and described some experience. Do you have any relevant jobs right now? She just sent a rude note that read – Please stop emailing me. How incredibly rude and callous. She is the worst example of a human resources person. She only cares about finding temporary employees for the clients and making money. She certainly doesn’t give a thought for people who are doing their best to find temporary or permanent employment in this tough market. And she certainly doesn’t have the social skills to be in any sort of human relations job. Some people just don’t have what it takes to participate in polite, adult society. If you’re job hunting, you deserve to be treated with respect. You wont find a drop of well mannered social skills at this Volt office. Go elsewhere! WORST AGENCY EVER! Ive talked to Ashley about a job, that I wasnt even sure yet because of my wifes schedule, and few hours later, a rude, uneducated receptionist, and Ashley gave me a call shouting how come I didnt gave them a call back. She said that I was being unprofessional, treating me like I was very desperate wanting a job... I have a job already just wanting a different path, but I dont need to talk to peoples who thinks they are better than others. I feel terrible for all the peoples that works with them. - the guy talked to you jerks this morning.
