AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I wish I could give this post negative stars and turn back time. Never in my entire life have I seen such gross incompetency in action. The agent trying to set up up for my job for got his own password, so we spent 20 minutes trying to get his computer. Then they failed to send me my email so I can get my paycheck on time. They didnt call me until it was after a week for the due date. So my paycheck ended up being a week and half late, which made me immediately quit the company I was working for. They only went through Adecco so they could hire me on before the New Year, then Id be on company payroll. Then I thought my issues were all over. Nope, they just keep on getting worst. Not only did they never send out my W2 form, they gave me the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I called them up asking if I can get another one sent, which they kept on refusing to do, said I had to pick it up. Their office is in Downtown with no free parking or vouchers for any meeting there. So I tried getting through to the IRS, of course I was on hold for almost a week with no call backs. I call Addeco, only to get sent to the payroll and have my call dropped. I called again right after it was dropped, no answer. Called again, I asked to be connected to payroll, which I was hung up on. Not only did they infuriate me, but Im going to do my best to see that something is done legally about this matter.

This is the WORST Temp agency I have ever worked for. My contract came to an end without notice. After a year of loving my job so much that I didnt even care that I was still a Temp, I found out by not being able to log my time in. There should at least have been some kind of notice when I was logged on that said that my contract was coming to an end. I took advantage of the referral bonus program but have had to ask several times for my bonus! (I still havent received it) I regret ever suggesting to my friend to go through Adecco because there are better agencies out there that actually claim to have Holiday and vacation pay. They get one star because I have to and because their online time card is easy to fill out.

DONT WAISTE YOUR TIME! This is the worst staffing agency, especially the Ramsey branch. They make up lies about job offers, making them unrealistic so itll seem as if they actually had an offer for you. When you accept the made-up offer, they turn around and say they dont think you are a good fit. Beware of a guy called Kelly K., hes useless!!!
