I applied through this agency to find a temporary job between when my classes finished and when my internship started. Im glad I got a part-time weekend job by myself, because thats the only work Ive had since. After I applied to a few positions with Randstad, they called and said they had opportunities for me and theyd like to talk more. Once we reviewed my resume and we had an interview, they told me I was "an impeccable candidate" and my qualifications were "very impressive." They also told me that they would have jobs for me in my time frame. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing. Once classes ended I emailed once a week. The person who interviewed me was silent. I finally emailed his entire team. One finally got back to me days later saying there were no opportunities, but I should keep holding on for some potential ones. Now it has been 4 weeks since my interview, 2 weeks since my classes ended and I have heard nothing. I called to ask why. The guy that interviewed me "wasnt available" so I talked to his team member, the same one that emailed back in his absence. I was informed that there were rarely any job opportunities in the short time frame that I gave them. Isnt that convenient? When they wanted me in the door, they had jobs. Now that Im calling and needing one, they dont. I think Randstad is a sham of a company and the people I have encountered there give nothing but a sales pitch. Calculated answers based on customer service scripts. Horrid company.

These temporary agencies I will post a job as if the job is available just so that they can lure people in to apply at their company and not only that if THEY do not deem you fit for the client THEY are doing business with they will not nor ever contact you. AMY who is the worst of them ALL and the recruiter that I was working with NICOLE was not at all even remotely looking to place me at any of their clients facilities, not only that ROBERT HALF is just as BAD!!!! My advise you are the BEST knower of your self, we do no need to make these staffing agencies money so they can sit on that fat butts and continue to be lazy and cynical about doing THEIR due diligence which is to deal with SUPREME EQUALITY!!! I just know NONE of THEM have seen the last of ME, What comes around goes around....#UNIVERSALtruth

Good experience. The found me a position within a reputable company. The agent I had kept in touch...even visiting the work site to make sure things were good. I eventually found a permanent job on my own, but I would go back if the need to was there and I would recommend using an agency if you need to keep your skills fresh. They are an for profit agency, as they all are. You must be realistic in knowing if you are placement-worthy. Their reputation is on the line with every candidate they place...keep that in mind...

I quit 2 jobs I was working to accept a position from Randstad. The new company kept me 8 days and then let me go. My rep Stacey did nothing to find me another role. I have not heard anything from anyone at Randstad regarding a new opportunity. When Stacey was trying to recruit me she called me 4-5 times per day, but not one word since I was let go. I will tell everyone I know not to ever deal with this agency unless they want to be screwed.

I worked through Ranstad for almost two years and absolutely loved the experience. My recruiter, Gordon, was always on-the-ball and always willing to help me find new opportunities when one of my contracts was over. In almost two years of employment, I was only out-of-work for two or three days. For contract attorneys, they have the highest pay rates in the Twin Cities and a bonus structure. I cant recommend them enough.

Havent been with them long. But they have been super helpful with finding me a job. They have been super nice Every time and always willing to help me. Eddie was my recruiter and was super upbeat. Brian was my agent with the company, have my actually met him But he seems really nice. I definitely recommend applying here.

I also had a very bad experance with them. I called them and talked to a lady named Jenni and she got me set up with all the test and stuff but when she talked to me about the scores she was very rude. And I will tell you my scores were high nothing was wrong with them. They never returned my phone calls.

Bad experience - receptionist was incredibly rude to not only me, but other potential temps as well, insulting them while they were interviewing. Had to do paperwork several times due to misplacement on part of agency.

Parking was horrible. Spent $20 on ramp. But the Randstad staffs were AWESOME! Talked to Ali Fischer and she was GREAT! Everything went very smoothly. Everyone was very profesional.
