Fight or Flight Academy is one of the only parkour/freerunning gyms in the country, and is the only one in the midwest. The instructors are world-class, very friendly, and really know their stuff. If youre interested, but not sure if you can do parkour/freerunning, they offer free introduction classes, and have great prices; you wont be able to resist signing up, once you give it a shot.

If youre into parkour or just want to try something new, this is the place for you to go. There simply is no other. We are very lucky to have this in Minnesota. Moreover the facility, staff, and community is simply amazing. I have been doing parkour for years all over the world but never have I seen a club so organized and dedicated as this. 5 out of 5.

Really great place to learn parkour. Very friendly staff. Great athletes are often not good instructors, but the teachers at Fight or Flight are able to explain complex moves and teach a reasonable progression. Started with the introductory course and signed up for regular lessons. Introductory prices were great.

I come to this place now and then, (but I will be going to it a lot more often), and every time I go everyone there is so nice and open to help. Chad and Skinny are great teachers and they created an awesome parkour gym. It is just a unique and open environment people should go to despite any excuses haha.

Great community. The have a a huge gym made in a warehouse area made for training in parkour and freerunning. They have parkour, freerunning, and martial arts classes. Definitely worth checking out if you looking for anything around the above.
