I love it here! The workouts are different everyday, so you never get bored, and there is always a trainer there, ready to help with modifications or technique. No class time is perfect for me- theres a new start time every 3 minutes, and it only takes up 30 minutes of your day. I also love the optional monthly challenges :) The first workout is free, so give it a try. See you in the gym soon!
