Showcase dancers are a family and it shows! I went to the Open House at Showcase a number of years ago with my daughter, after visiting some other studios I had seen in the newspaper. I chatted with Becky (Showcase Studio owner) and a few other dance moms who were friendly enough to say hello. I had talked to people at three other dance studios in the area and Showcase was the only one where people were nice to me. I am so glad I didnt give up after being treated less than well at other studios! I think everyone picks up on the attitude that the studio head and teachers have, and Showcase ROCKS!! Dance moms are NOT all competitive, nasty people. When the Studio owner and staff promote teamwork, respect, commitment, and other values I want my daughter to internalize, the moms do too!! Showcase is a family and it shows.

Our daughter is in her 3rd year dancing at Showcase Dance. Her first year she took a weekly class and was invited to try out for competition dance at the end of the season. They were awesome at explaining upfront what competition dance was all about and what the costs would be. The owner and teachers are friendly and super easy to get along with. This is a no drama studio with a great group of dancers and moms. My daughter loves, loves, loves, her teacher, Mrs. Katie! Mrs. Katie does a great job at communicating with me as a mom and I love how she uses technology like facebook groups and instagram to keep me involved. Although this is a no drama studio they are still highly competitive. Last year we had fabulous choreography and placed first place countless times, Im sure this year will be equally amazing!

Our daughters have been a part of the Showcase family for over 5 years. The girls absolutely adore it there! Our youngest daughter has always been shy and after her first year of competition her previous teachers have made comments with regard to her increased confidence they noticed. We know it is from the strong dance family she became a part of which gave her a wonderful sense of value. We are forever grateful for everything Showcase has done for our girls and allowing them to be the best dancers they can:) I highly recommend anyone to become a part of the Showcase family they will not regret it!

the dancers at this studio are not the nicest people. they say rude things behind other peoples backs and I have experienced this first hand because some girls have said nasty things about my studio to my face.
