I really needed help today after I had bought a new key board. The woman I spoke with was very rude and would not ask the tech who helped me this morning with my purchase call me. It so happens that the tech who helped me, Dan "Tiger" and I share a love of dogs and rescue and I just needed some over the phone tech support. Frankly, the woman who I spoke with was a total witch. I was planning on buying a lap top and a small printer for my trip out of the country, but now, I will NEVER go back.

The service in this store is pretty good. The people who work here seem to want to help. The prices are slightly higher than prices online, but its a trade off because you can usually walk out of the store with what you need rather than waiting. This store has a better selection than other stores in the area.
