Customer service in the store was great, although I do not like being lied to, to sell a product. I need to vent. I bought a 500gb Samsung Evo SSD from OfficeMax, was guaranteed 1 day delivery, when it doesnt show up the first day, I let it slide, when it doesnt show up on the second day, I call customer service. I get put on hold for a guy in an Indian call center, who can barely speak English, and he tells me after a few attempts to tell him the issue, that it will come on Tuesday.. Thats not a 1 day delivery, its a 6 day delivery. I will not be purchasing anything from OfficeMax after this. Its infuriating.

Drive to the Office Depot in Woodbury instead, they are at least willing to work with you and replace your equipment. This one is terrible and the manager at this location is dummer than a box of rocks and needs major retraining in providing excellent customer care solutions! Find a new profession and save yourself the bad reviews!

The employees, Grant and Rob were excellent. They helped me find all of the school supplies I needed. Grant was very helpful by getting me products that had run out on the floor and reach things that were too high for me to reach by myself. I will definitely be returning!
