I experienced terrible customer service at this location. I warn all potential customers to have low expectations of their service, product and timeliness. Unless of course you like things to be done, wrong, late and without apologies for their errors. I ordered a vinyl decal last week that was promised to be finished in 48 hours. I went back 48 hours later to pick it up and and it wasnt ready. No one had called me to notify me of the delay. One wasted trip and my client will have to wait another day for their product. The next day I went back again to pick up my order. It was done, but not in white as I had ordered, but in gold. I was told they would re-do the decal over the weekend and call me when it was done. I was disappointed that no one had checked that my order was done correctly. One more wasted trip and my client will have to wait an additional 3 days. Monday arrives and no one called me as promised to inform me that my order was completed. Before I made the trip, I called to verify that it was done and the correct color. Luckily, it was. When I picked up my order, I spoke to an assistant manager who gave me a dry, rehearsed, "Im sorry for your inconvenience, maam." I asked if they would discount the price due to the delay, and he obliged with a measly 10% off. I will not return to this store for any reason. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I sought a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center/Kinkos to repair my RPG book which had some spinal issues. Mary assured me that what I requested could be done at a reasonable cost- which was to rebind the book with a plastic spiral binding. She originally thought they could punch holes in the covers, but another employee shot that option down (later Mary tried it anyway and saw that it wasnt going to work). As an alternative to punching the original covers, she said they could make copies of the covers onto a lighter card stock and laminate them. This ended up being problem-some and taking them (Mary had to defer to the other guy working, Sydney) quite a lot of time. I ended up leaving to do other errands and returning and they were still having troubles. This was also due to a pretty constant stream of other customers coming through. After about 3 hours total they presented a very nicely bound book. Feeling bad about making me wait so long they gave it to me free of charge! It pays to be friendly even when inconvenienced. Thank you to Mary and Sydney for such determined effort.

Shitty service. I had two boxes bound together to total the weight of the two boxes together. I received this label from the company I was sending back 2 printers to. They sent me two printers back in the SAME exact boxes so I re-used the same boxes. Then, they packed an RMA label in the box so I could send back my defective printers. This place said they couldnt take them unless each box had an individual label even though they were taped together all sides - all corners. It would have been better if the clerk wasnt so smug. I receive shipments and send shipments daily bound together, so, whatever. I cant find anywhere on FedExs website where it discourages this policy or says its a no go. Either way, I dont appreciate the smug guy who clearly hates their job. Rude and incompetent; Ill stick with UPS.

Not very helpful at all! Called to get more information about printing brochures for my business and was told to just email them. When I tried to get more information in regards to how long it would take they told me that a couple hours...but when I tried to confirm, because I was on a tight timeline, was told again to just email them. Once I did email them over the brochure images, I got a call back saying that 200 brochures was going to cost me over $600...outrageous. I will not recommend them for printing at all! And their customer service needs a lot of work too.

As a business owner in Woodbury, Ive been using FedEx Office for many of my printing needs for the last few years. It seems every time Im in there I run into at least one machine that isnt functioning properly. Recently, Ive become irritated with the slow, unresponsive service of their employees. Earlier today I walked out of the store without getting my prints made which I was hoping to bring to a business meeting. Being a business owner myself, I feel its survival of the fittest. I dont plan on using FedEx Office for my printing needs anymore.

THE WORST!!! i went in there and there was only one person working, and 6 people in line. When it was my turn, the guy helping me seemed so confused, so i was a bit weary, and of course here we are two weeks later and my fedex ground package is LOST and no one is able to help me find it not even the fedex customer service number, because the guy prob "entered the wrong address" to where the package should ship to, even though i verified it. DO NOT USE FEDEX or goto this location. save yourself the time and stress.

I had a wonderful experience at the FedEx in Woodbury. I was in a rush to get a package back within 30 days of receiving it. Ian, one of the employees working at the time was not only helpful, he explored options with me in order to make my shipment as affordable as possible. He laid out all of my options and was also very patient while I considered them. Yes, it was a little spendy, but it was overnight shipping to New Jersey, and the customer service could not have been better. Thank you FedEx and thank you Ian!

I keep coming back to this office. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was getting frustrated with one of my self-serve printing jobs and the staff member was kind enough to redo the entire project at no extra cost and allowed me to use their facility computers, which is normally a fee per minute of use, but gave it to me for free. I had other great encounters with this business.

this store is trash. they want20$ for scrap paper as"filler" but torn up grocery bags that are four times thicker doesnt work. horrible customer service and an unreasonable manager. avoid at all costs. went to UPS and they took the package as is. taped it up for free even. no wonder Amazon uses UPS.

They had one guy staffed, working his ass off. He was helpful but the line was ridiculous. I didnt even receive my package that should have been there, and had more questions but I just left because I didnt want the rest of the customers to have to wait longer.

Staff here are helpful and will tape up packages for you. Ive done a couple amazon returns from here and its always been quick and easy.
