I dont think Im going to say anything anyone else hasnt so far, but trust the other reviews. Theres a reason these guys have a high rating. First, Joe and Dory were super responsive. I got a quote and project plan from these guys before I even had responses to other inquiries. After meeting with Joe and showing him the custom cabinet work I wanted to have done, he was really patient and easy to work with and had great ideas, and I knew these were truly the kinds of folks who earn and deserve all the business they get. While he was here, I had such a positive impression that I even decided to put some roller shelves in a poorly-designed, old pantry to spruce it up and to have them help with a couple other small projects. And boy, those shelves are sturdy. Well-built, good-looking, exceptionally usable. If youre thinking about it, just do it. Theyre worth it. I wouldnt hesitate for a second to recommend Joes Custom Cabinetry to anyone. Their work was great, they were so quick and helpful, and so easygoing and a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Joe & Dory! Ill be coming back to you with future projects, for sure!

I love my new kitchen rollouts! Joe came to my house and suggested a very workable design which sounded great to me. He solved a problem of where to store the garbage which would allow better use of the existing cabinets. He turned 4 separate cabinets into 2 double-drawer cabinets which allowed so much more access with the rollouts. Not only that, he put all my pantry shelves as rollouts as well! I dont have to crawl into my pantry anymore to get something from the back! Vertical storage of cookie sheets, cooling racks and cutting boards utilized an upper cabinet that was only reachable with a stool. Excellent use of space!! I would highly recommend Joe. He was courteous, on time, budget conscious, friendly and highly skilled in design and cabinetry work.

I first heard about the roll-out shelves at the State Fair. All my dealings with this company have been terrific.They came out to measure and later install my shelves exactly as promised.I didnt do any upgrades and the price was exactly as communicated at the Fair. I had three shelves installed-two in a lower cupboard where I use to have to crawl on the floor to find things in the back.No more of that with the roll-out shelves! The representative who first came out suggested that the bottom roll-out could be installed slightly above the bottom of the cabinet so I could put cookie sheets below the bottom roll-out. This was a great decision. I love my roll-out shelves. The price is reasonable and money very well spent.

Joe came into my kitchen for a consult, gave me some great ideas, and ended up installing two beautiful drawers under my gas range. Where faux drawer fronts had been, Joe was able to remove them, build the drawers, reattach the fronts, and up my kitchen drawer space! I was always scrambling for drawer space in my dated kitchen, but now I have 2 extra drawers! I love the wood and slide mechanisms, Joe used. I cant wait to continue with the rest of the things he suggested to update our kitchen and use our space more efficiently. Joe was friendly, respectful of my budget, quick with all communication and work, and the end product is awesome!

My wife and I could not be happier with our new kitchen upgrades from Joe. Joe was very polite and patient with us. He was on time to come out to our house to do a free inspection and estimate. He was patient and very helpful as we explained which things frustrated us about our kitchen and provided ideas. He wasnt pushy and even suggested a cheaper option for the lazy susan than what we were thinking based on his experience and what people have liked best. The roller drawers are amazing and Joe showed up on time again for the install and had everything done that day. Would highly recommend.

Help Your Shelves installed 11 rollouts and 1 custom inner box with two rollouts and a vertical tray holder. We loved working with them. We first met Joe and Dory at the Home expo in minneapolis and they gave us their great expo rate for our install. We were able to have the shelves installed into our new home before we moved in and had our entire kitchen ready to go ahead of the movers. I signed up for an in-home estimate from Joseph Otto Enterprises at Minnesotas State Fair, 2015. They confirmed the time of the visit with the phone call before hand. I was very pleased with their estimate and suggestion about one other place where I could use a pull out -- under the sink. Measurement, ordering, and installation were very quick -- painless. And there was no problem when I wanted one shelf adjusted up slightly after installation. I love my shelves and would recommend JOE to anyone, including my mother.

I have just had the second round of shelves added to our home. Once we had the first few done which were the most needed ones, we couldnt believe how much better our kitchen functioned for finding things and using all that we had in those cupboards. Then we found another cupboard and a spice cabinet that needed help and we are beyond thrilled with these two rollouts - it is the best.
