Was told they were accepting customers at 4:25p, signed in, and given instruction to be back before 5p (when they lock the door). Came back 4:55p and the door was locked. Knocked on the window and was ignored by all 3 workers up at the till near the door. Called the store number while at the door and saw they ignored the call. Eventually a worker came out and told me to leave. I told her my situation and that I was checked in and she said to leave once again, more forcefully. I waited 30min for nothing. I got my hair cut about a month or so ago and honestly, Ive never been more unhappy with a cut. I love the length, but its uneven, im still finding strands that are longer than the rest of my hair. I asked for long blends layers, my current hair length is around my collar bone and one of the layers go up to my ear. It looks really choppy, and the only way my hair looks semi decent is if half of it is up so people cant see the layers. I will never come here again, she was more worried about going fast than doing a good job.

Have gone to Great Clips for awhile. Today I recieved the best cut I have had. Lydia was stylist....{Kaylee} also does great....quick and kept working at my issue..cowlick... until I was satisfied. For sure will go back for Kaylee or her.

Awesome customer service. They girls are very engaging with the customers. Jill, the manager, is very good at everything. Cutting hair, managing the salon, dealing with rude ads customers. They need a bathroom for customers tho
