Id like to defend Supercuts, Ive been coming in for the last four years. The stylists are my friends, its a very welcoming environment. Im assuming Kurts experience happened the day I was in the salon waiting on my daughter. I dont know exactly what the entire situation was, honestly the only reason I noticed anything was because Kurt seemed slightly off. The manager was very kind and polite, as she always is, yet Kurt was extremely rude. She cut his hair into a simple mens cut, looked good to me, and Kurt grew incredibly agitated. At the threat of police intervention Kurt finally left. Please dont let this mans review stop you from going to Supercuts, it really is a great place.

Be informed! Super cuts is not the place if you expect good customer service. After a haircut you will leave with dripping wet hair unless you want to pay the outrageous 10 dollar blow dry fee. I was ripped off and did not receive the hot towel or the "iron" 10 dollar charge listed on my receipt. I assumed a blow dry cost was due to styling the hair, not to simply dry it. I called to ask if this was acceptable and was told they leave their customers with dripping wet hair out the door. Do not be fooled by the 12 dollar tuesday haircut, because they are sure to rip you off.

I have recently moved to liberty from st. Louis where I had always gone to supercuts to get my haircut, just like the supercuts in st.louis the staff at this location was very friendly and helpful as well! I consider myself to be a bit hair challenged but my stylist gave me one of the best haircuts ever and showed me how to style it and also showed me the best products to use for my hair type. The most exciting part........ I was actually able to make it look the same myself :-D Best hair experience ever! I will be going back to get my hair colored in a few weeks!

i was in a rush to go to a meeting and tried to cut my hair myself well big mistake i realized i had no guard on it so i shaved a big hole in my hair. went to supercuts early in the morning and realized they were closed i saw someone inside she opened the door to tell my that they open at 9 but i told her it was a hair emergency, turned out to be the manager she open the store early just for me, she fixed my mistake and i will always be a loyal customer THANK YOU SUPERCUTS YOUR AWESOME

I just took my 20 month old son in today. Any parent with a toddler knows how hard it is to make your child sit still for a haircut!lol Kelsey though was great with my son! There is no worse feeling then feeling someone is getting frustrated with your kid..not her though she made me feel at ease. Very sweet and patient young lady!! Thanks Kelsey for a good experience. I will be going back!

Ive been coming here for awhile now, and they always do such a great job. I got a gorgeous haircut and style, and my 3-year-old got an adorable cut and a sucker. Very nice people, and a comfortable place to sit if you have to wait a bit (though it never seems like youre waiting very long). Ill continue to go here, and bring my family.

Ive gone to the same person for years until I moved here and had to find a new hair stylist! Jodi was absolutely wonderful! She did a fantastic job on my color and hair cut. I will definitely be back not just for myself but with my children. Plus she is a delightfully young lady, who is very sweet and kind!

Worst cut ever! They dont listen, and wont cut your hair how you ask them too. They assume they know how you like your hair cut and cut it based on what they think is best. This has happened twice. Never again! There are too many other salons around that will cut your hair how you ask them to.

Ive been going here for years. The staff is great. They dont just try to rush you in and out. They talk to you and get to know you. They are very friendly, and the price for a haircut is cheaper than most places around. The quality of the haircut products is top notch.

Horrible service and terrible haircuts. My hair is easy to cut, they screw it up every time, three tries with three different stylists is enough. Not to mention the stylists are rude and you will likely be ignored in the wait line.

Great service, quick and painless. I like the hot towel they use to wipe off my tiny little hairs. Only thing I would improve on is comfort. The waiting seats are uncomfortable.
