i lost my hairdresser 4 yrs ago she moved away, i have struggled for the last four yrs trying to find a hairdresser and salon i was happy with. no one could get my color right nor did i feel like they listened to me. i saw a woman walking who had a great cut and color and i asked her where she went, she told me Hairconnection. i called and explained what i wanted done and they paired me with the stylist who could best achieve what i wanted. still nervous from bad experiences i went in and got the best color and cut ive probably ever had, not only did she listen to everything i wanted she gave me so many usefull tips on how to do what she was doing! she made me feel so comfortable. the salon was very nice and the staff was very friendly. i would recomend this salon to anyone! my husband and son go there now too!

Cindy was chronically late for her appointments, even if it was the very first one of the day. She took forever to cut hair or perm it, taking nearly an hour for a cut and blow dry. Without drying the hair it took about 30 minutes. If i wanted color or a perm it would take nearly three hours each! I decided to try a different salon and they did my hair in half the time, on time, and just as beautifully as Cindys work, if not moreso.

Literally the best experience Ive ever had with a salon. It was our first time here. My 12 year old daughter received the service this time but I will most definitely be going there when Im due. Ashley took such great care of her and stayed late spending extra time on her hair and it looks amazing. My daughter actually said she wants to go with me when I go so she can visit with Ashley again. Highly recommended.

Ok if you want a shampoo set. This salon is more for the older generation like 60+. The salon has a grandma appeal. It was perfect for my mother when she visited from out of town, but the girls working were a little unprofessional and lots of crazy hair and tattoos. My mom sat in the chair while the girl answered a phone call for awhile, but other than that I think she was happy with her hair.

I love hair connections. They helped fix a botched haircut and then because I trusted them so much I let them cut off 18 inches of hair. I have never had a bad haircut from them, and I dont think it would be possible to get a bad hair cut.
