I had a pregnancy massage by Kelly and it was fantastic! I had previous pregnancy massages at other businesses and they were good but not great. I thought that was just part of the positioning issues of being pregnant and I wouldnt have another great massage until after giving birth. But Kelly was creative in placement to allow a massage that was as heavenly as a regular massage. I left feeling the best I had in weeks. Usually I am self-conscious going anywhere after my massage because your makeup and hair get so messy. But having the dry shampoo, access to a mirror and a lip color touch-up after made me feel great while I did the rest of my tasks that day. The cost is higher than Im used to so I only tried it because a friend gave me a gift card. But I can say its worth it and Im definitely going back!

Have never been back. Now in the same industry, I understand what I wanted when I went that the stylist should have known as well. Asked for partial highlights but did not want my black roots to shown. If I was doing hair, I would suggest highlights with a paint between. Nope she did not offer that, just saying that it will all blend in. low and behold, my roots were still noticiably darker. Complained and she said that it would have cost more and took more time. Have in mind I was being rushed because she had another appointment scheduled after me. I did not care for the cost and the service was horrible. She was a blonde and I think her name was ashley.

Had a wrap and a hair color. Froze thru the entire wrap and I wasnt wrapped until the end when the product was all dry so literally laid freezing the entire time for nothing. Color lasted 4 days, was prompted to return for a free redo when I called to inquire. Stylist admitted to using the incorrect processing technic when I returned and when I went to check out I was charged $15 more than the first time and they refused to comp it as was stated on the phone. I didnt have time to wait that day so I paid and I was told Id get a call. Over a week later I called back and was treated so poorly by Kim that Ill never return.

I had a consultation appointment set up for 15 mins, from 3:45 - 4 pm. I got there 5-7 mins before my appointment and was asked to wait in the waiting area. I waited till 3:50 and went back to check, I was asked to wait a couple more minutes as the stylist was finishing up. Finally, I went back at 4 and told the receptionist I was leaving! She did not even have the courtesy to apologize properly or even ask to see if I want to reschedule my appointment. She brushed me off to attend to the next customer! I would never go back here or recommend it to anyone!

I was there a few weeks ago as recommended by my mom who loves the place to get my roots touched up and when it was done my hair had turned in to this dark blackish brown mess and I was so disappointed. I showed the stylist the color though a photograph of how my hair was a light brown and asked why it wasnt like the color I asked for and wanted it fixed she said she couldnt due to another client right after me and now Im stuck with this horrible hair color. Im never going there again.

Ive been telling all my friends and people at work to check this place out. I use to drive to Bloomington to my old salon, but I didnt know I had it even better right in my backyard. Ive been going to LIV Aveda Salon and Spa for a few times, and I recently got my first color. Ive been worried that if I color my hair it will make me look older. My best friend said it took 10 years off me. I will be back for sure!

Worst lip and brow wax ever. One brow thin one thick, I went home and had to even them and get the wax out of my hair. I was given a gift card by my boss and tried the salon expecting a more spa experience but will go back to great clips in N Mankato where the result and service is far more favorable.

Went here to get my hair done and they really messed it up. They did find someone to fix it and she was very good at what she did however my hair was so damaged from the first time there wasnt much that could be done. Make sure youre very careful about who you pick to do your hair at this salon.

Just called store hours say till 9pm. They told me only retail from 8 to 9p.m. You want people to come to you, you make it happen! Where is the customer service these days! Not here thats for sure!
