I would never recommend anyone to this salon. I arrived for my appointment at 10am and was told my stylist was running late. It only went downhill from there. After she arrived, I showed her several pictures of the color I was wanting (a simple ash brown) and asked her questions about what would be best. She said that would be very "achievable" on my hair. She put a Demi color on my hair and let it set. After washing and drying my hair I couldnt tell a difference at all. She called the owner of the salon over to look at my hair. Together they decided to do a permanent color on top of it. So another hour goes by while they put the color and wait for it to set. They rinseed my hair and half way dry it and it still looks exactly the same! She owner pulled me outside to look at it in the sunlight as she was digging through my hair trying to find a section that was different. I spent a total of 5 hours at the salon and $110 for absolutely nothing! I left with a wet head and hair that feels like straw!! I was told that I could come back in a week and they would completely bleach my hair and color over it..not going to happen! Absolutely ridiculous!

I have been going to Salon Elements for 12 years now. I have always been extremely happy with all of the services that I have had. They are always offering the latest things before anyone else in the area. They seem to have their thumb on the pulse of what is going to be the "next big thing" before it is a trend. While that is very impressive, I feel that even more important is that you always receive quality, consistent level of care and concern. In the past I have been to other places where you feel like you have been placed on the back burner. This has never happened to me at Salon Elements. I have always been the center of attention during my appointment. Also they are very family friendly. My children have grown up going to the salon. I agree, you feel like part of their family and feel as if they really are building a long term relationship with you as opposed to you being just another customer. I always recommend them to everyone that asks me where to go. I can not imagine going anywhere else.

I recently had my first experience at Salon Elements and it was amazing! I am new to this area and hadnt had my haircut since I moved here several months ago. I actually went to a "walk-in" place to begin with and got the worst haircut of my life. It was so bad, I only took it out of a pony tail to wash it. I didnt even let my husband see it down... it was THAT bad. Fortunately, a friend recomended Salon Elements. I called and told them what happened to me and they got me in that evening. As soon as I walked in, I felt relieved. Everyone is so nice and the place has a great atmosphere. Most important though, they fixed me! Somehow, despite the mess my hair was in, Shyla was able to repair it and I left with a fabulous haircut. Needless to say, I know where I will be going from now on. Thanks Shyla and Marcie- you guys are awesome!

I have been a customer of Salon Elements for 20 years. The way I found out about Salon Elements was by asking everyone I saw who had a fabulous hair color what salon they used and the answer was always - Salon Elements! For 20 years I have received the most incredible hair color and cut ALWAYS! I think 20 years at the same salon speaks for itself. I have nothing but the highest regards for Salon Elements and all of their staff! It is well worth every penny. I have sent her many satisfied customers who just like me LOVE Salon Elements!

I dont trust anyone else with my hair! Im always welcomed with a friendly greeting when I walk through the door, and I never, ever leave disappointed. I always look forward to my next appointment! I also love the shop up front! There is always stylish jewelry, purses, hair accessories, belts, you name it!- and of course dozens of great quality hair products to chose from. Ive never had a bad experience, ever! I moved to Fayetteville almost two years ago and I still commute back for hair appointments. Love Salon Elements!

I had my hair cut again yesterday by Colby!! He is amazing!!!! The first time I went he fixed a bad color job and it was awesome! When i came back yesterday (from 6 weeks ago ) he remembered my cut, color and knew exactly what I wanted..it looks amazing and he even styled it a little different, so now I also have a choice of styles! Salon Elements is the best and Colby is definitely the BEST!!! Thank You Colby, for making me feel and look WONDERFUL!!!! Will never think of going anywhere else!!

I have been going to Salon Elements for the last 3 years and have brought my whole family into the Salon during that time. I trust them to do an excellent job with cuts and color. They are able to make suggestions to suit everyone from my 6 year old grandson to my picky teenage granddaughter to my easy to take care of do. I enjoy the friendliness of everyone I have met there and like that most know me by name as well those of my family who go regularly. I highly recommend Salon Elements!

Ive been a stylist at Salon Elements for over a year now. I moved from a small town where I have been doing hair for 10 years. Salon Elements is like no salon Ive ever worked at. The salon is in a great location & is always nice & clean. The staff there is very welcoming & we all work well together as a team. Everyone there is very talented & has a great salon leader. I Love Marcy and her staff at Salon Elements. Marcy always knows what looks good and it s amazing how she knows her colors and styles. I went in for my regular color but I was wanting something different but had know ideal what I wanted Marcy suggested doing a dark brown on bottom with carmel highlights on top my hair looks great I love it and I have been getting so many complliments on my hair. Salon Elements is a great salon and would recomend them to anyone.

The best! Beautiful hair and friendly environment! Awesome and amazing! They take the time to know exactly what you want, and will work very hard to do it right. My balyage was even more beautiful than the picture I wanted it to look like! Highest quality without premium prices! Not going to find a place like this anywhere else! I am so thankful for them, and all the hard work they put into their profession.
