I work for AAA; they have been my employer for quite some, almost a year right now. From the very beginning, I informed Brian and his staff that I also work as a freelance writer, including copy-writing for companies that give me very short notice when in need my of services. Brian and his staff have been extremely accommodating, provided we keep in good rapport regarding my upcoming schedules, provided I inform them right away of any conflicts between schedules, and provided that I honor what I say: if I say I will be in to perform a specific job for them, then I do so, informing my writing clients that I am booked for that day if necessary. I still get plenty of work from Brian and his staff, we have always been able to work out schedules of mutual benefit, and we have been extremely honest and respectful with one another. I have worked temporary agencies for years, I can honestly say this is the best temporary agency I have ever worked for. So, when I read the negative opinions expressed by former employees, I cant help but wonder: what did THEY DO to receive their depicted treatment, for my experience truthfully is just the opposite.

Brian, the so called "leader" of this labor company is the definition of a user. He claims to be helping those in need but simply runs an indentured servant racket. If you complain you will be black balled from any projects. I refused to bow to this wolf in sheeps clothing. Being in a desperate position I approached them recently looking for work and he claimed I was one of the worst employees. The funny thing is I got hired on permanent as a crew lead after working for them a year ago. When they found out I was hired on they complained and got myself and 4 others fired. So I did everything they needed but once they stopped making money off of me I was a problem. Never fired me and I got hired on but Im a bad employee. Slave labor mixed with disillusions of charity best describe this mockery of an employment agency. Screw you Brian.

Horrible! The building is dirty and run down. The two white gentleman at the desk wouldnt bother to help me, and rudely told me to read a paper that showed the "rules/guidelines". I then asked them more in-depth detail and one of them replied with sarcastic and racial slurs. I decided to just leave and not pick a fight. DO NOT VISIT IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE.

Expects you to sit there from 5:30am to 6pm close and wait to work even when you go and get on the list. Will not accept that a person has other things to do while they wait and chews your rear out for calling and checking in to see if they have work. Absolutely disrespectful and obviously not looking for someone who proves reliable to get a job done.

AAA is great. The formula is simple: Show up and work, & get some $$$ right away. (patience & a good attitude helps) From day one, I was able to work every day and an effort was made to match me up with jobs that fit my skills. I just started a nice regular assignment through AAA, making a fresh start in my life.

I needed help closing out a business and called them. They were on time every day and the 3 workers did as I asked no questions asked. Without them we would not have gotten the work done on time. I would use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone else needing extra help.
