They are only OK. I grade them a "C". They do digital printing - less expensive than offset - which is a nice option. But as a professional designer, I would say that their pricing was higher than most. I ended up using a different printer due to cost and my timeline and the service rep at Shapco basically let me know how he felt, in what I would call, an unprofessional manner. I would say if you worked downtown and needed a printer, you could consider them. But I am using other printers without any regrets and they are meeting all my needs.

Shapco has done several printing jobs for our company and completed them quickly and professionally. Recently we ordered business cards and the printing job exceeded our expectations. The staff is great and if they make a mistake they correct it immediately.

Shapco company had poor customer service, which wasnt helpful nor friendly when obtaining a quote. I would not suggest this company due to the lack of professionalism!
