I designed a tri-fold brochure on my home PC, but dedcided I didnt want to try to print and fold 100 brochures on my home printer. I found PostNet online and uploaded my creation for a quote. They quickly came back with a quote for printing my design "as is" and asked if I would like to have a professional graphic designer review my design to suggest, graphics, spacing, fonts, etc.-- all for a small additional charge. I did want it to look very professional so I went for it. Wow, their design was great and really popped compared to my design. Im so glad I had them beef it up. All communications, uploading my design, approving their design were done via internet. I did go in person to pick up my order since I was close by and that saved on postage. The final product is very professsional and was very reasonably priced. I couldnt have replaced the ink cartridges in my home printer for what the finished brochures cost. I highly recommend this business!

I have been going to Postnet for couple of years now. I use to go to Kinkos, but after going to Postnet one time the owner knew my name! I had been going to Kinkos for four years and not once did someone call me by my name. I now use Postnet for everything. I use them for shipping, they have UPS, FedEx, Us Postal and I think DhL. Plus their printing prices are great to. I have my business cards, letterhead and envelopes done by them. The only downfall is the that during lunch it can get a little congested because of Palmers Deli next door. I just wish every business had this kind of customer service!!

Jason was so helpful, respectful, fast, and knew his stuff! Not only did he print and laminate my project with high quality materials, but without being asked he took the time to help me work out some kinks and increased the picture resolution--- the final product exceeded my expectations and I left very happy with the results! I feel like Ive found another little gem that makes Des Moines awesome! Jason goes above and beyond, so go to PostNet! He will be as invested in your work as you are!

DONT PRINT HERE! We asked to get posters printed and they were very friendly saying it would be no big deal. After a week and several emails following up they finally responded with what we found was a high price. They dont print in house, go to a source. Since the last email it has been over 24 hours and no response. They could be great for shipping or other services.

Jason helped me with advice, tracked my package when I lost my receipt and even offered to come to my house to pick up a package and resend it out to a new address when I was out of town. Jasons helpfulness and good service was exceptional. I fully recommend PostNet for your shipping news.
