I have now brought my son here twice and somehow they get him to sit still!! They do an absolutely amazing job!! I will continue to bring my son here because of how great they are at their job even though they arent the friendliest. Both times Ive called to make my son an appointment the person Ive talked to was very mean and didnt sound too happy to be there. If the ladies could liven up a little this place, to me, would be hands down the best place in Rochester.

When i need to get my hair cut this is the place i go to 99% of the time (or i cut it myself). I have only had a bad experience a couple times. Honestly its hard to screw up shaving my head and trimming my beard. I like the hair wash and shoulder rub in addition to the hair cut, makes for a great value, and a relaxing time. The bad part is it never seems you can get the same barber, because the place seems to have a revolving door for employees.

I had the most pleasant experience on Tuesday. I called and got an appointment for right away, arrived and was taken right back by Audrey, she was professional, personable and sincere. She was not in a rush to get me done and on to the next cut. I will ask for her on my next trip. It is always pleasant to get treated nice, even on routine stuff. Thank you!!

I get most of my haircuts at The Barbershops in Rochester. They are polite and can carry out a good conversation when cutting my hair. Every chair has a little television that can be changed to whatever channel you’d like. The haircuts are then finished with a shampoo wash and a shoulder massage. In all, a haircut only costs $11… great deal!!

Used to like this place now apparently you can no longer walk in and get a haircut without a minimum of an hour wait time. Previously I think they didnt do call ahead on the weekends but that has changed too. On top of that my last 2 haircuts required a lot of fixing on my own. Sadly used to like it and now wont be going back.

My son, a couple of his friends & my Father have all been there. They all love it! For the price, they do a nice job & go the extra mile with courtesy, hot towels, a massage & even peanuts while you wait. Thank you for pampering our boys!

I drive my boys 2 hrs roundtrip and they have to stay at work with me all day to get their haircut here. They love the massage and hot towels. Beth is my personal barber, she always does a great job and I wont go anywhere else!
