Im really surprised that no one else has mentioned this in reviews: they are not hygienic. My mom got a pedicure and they did not use a plastic lining in the foot bath... not sure if they bleach it after every customer but Ive never been to a nail salon that didnt use lining. My mom wanted to leave when she saw that but one of the workers had already started on my manicure by that time. I got the powder gel French manicure... another hygiene no-no. They used the dipping process, actually dipping my nails in to the powder that they use for every other customer instead of brushing it on, as is recommended for public establishments. Every time she dipped my nail in I cringed, thinking of how many other fingers have been in that powder. I didnt say anything, thinking maybe this was a normal procedure for powder but when I looked it up afterward it most certainly is not. Very unhygienic. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the woman did a great job, Im really happy with how they look.

HORRIBLE - DO NOT GO HERE! If there was a negative star button I could have pushed, I would have! I went into the salon on Wednesday evening to get a manicure and a pedicure. My pedicure chipped and smudged within 24 hours and my GEL manicure chipped on every single nail within 48 hours!! I ended up spending $80 and tipping $20 - WASTE of money for nails that didnt even last 2 full days. ! I have never been so dissatisfied by a nail salon and I frequent them 6-9 times a year. Even if their services had been semi-decent, I would say skip over this place. The place has a horrible smell, cold water, and super creepy "massage" rooms. The employees wear dirty "white" t-shirts that look like they were purchased from Goodwill. When I called back to tell JJ what happened, he didnt believe me and said I had to come back in to show him. Keep searching for a different nail salon!

I love there massages!! Very rejuvenating and deep tissue/pressure points. Fully body 1 hr massage is the way to truly feel renewed. Great technique!! They area also great with Pedicures and Manicures. My pedicures always last about 1 month :) The relaxing background music and other guests talking are audible from massage rooms but to me a massage is therapeutic and necessity for bodys health...not just for relaxation so for me sounds dont bother my experience. If you are looking for super fancy quiet relaxing massage...this is not the place. But if you are looking for a body acupressure body treatment this is the best place!!!

I loved this place up until today. 5 days ago I went to get the gel powder and JJ suggested I try the color powder this time since I always do French and love it. The color I picked ended up being orange and not pink, then the next day a nail broke, I went in and got it fixed, 3 days later 2 more broke, so I went in today to get them fixed but I didnt have much time so I asked if I could just get gel Polish quick. After I was done, he wanted to charged me full price! I will not be going back, which is too bad because I brought the place a lot of business and I liked it a lot, but thats terrible customer service.

Took my bridesmaids here to get our nails done and pedicures before my wedding. This place is fantastic, they did a great job and were so friendly! I messed up my toenail twice while it was drying and I felt horrible. I am sure that it was annoying for them to have to fix it, but they didnt act upset at all and even gave me a pair of sandals so I wouldnt smudge my toenails again. I will go back here any chance I get, cant recommend this place enough!

I am so disappointed. I should have followed my instinct when I noticed they didnt use plastic bags in the foot basins!!! Very unsanitary. IT was the worst polish/pedicure Ive ever had, the polish looks clumpy and uneven. My nails are so uneven and the whole thing looks horrible. I cant belive I wasted $50. Im so dissatisfied. BEWARE!!!!

My best friend is here from Reno for her birthday. I called last week to make two pedicure appointment, at 10:15. It is 10:39 and no one has shown up to open the shop. Needless to say, this place is horrible. I would give them a 0, but thats not an option!!!

Do not recommend this place. Overpriced, uninviting, and poor outcome. I got the basic pedicure. They didnt shape my nails, massage my legs or feet, or exfoliate my feet. It was not sanitary either. Extremely disappointed.

If you want your nails done in Stillwater, this is the place to go! They do a great job and are extremely friendly. Plus you get a shoulder massage while your nails dry!
