Ive been going to Massage Envy at 572 Commons Drive, Woodbury MN for almost a year. The only reason Im still going is because I signed a contract. I have made sure that they do not auto-renew my contract for a couple reasons. The number one reason is because they continue to charge my card twice for my visits. This causes a series of calls I need to make and escalate up to their general manager. Each time it was a huge hassle to get my card credited, because they keep telling me that "their system doesnt allow it". They offer to schedule another appointment for me to satisfy the charge. If I WANTED additional services, I would call you and schedule an appointment! I dont need to be overcharged and then be offered to use that money for more services! Two times this has happened. Both times it was a hassle. In fact, Im still waiting on the credits to be posted to my account, even though they continue to assure me that it will take 3-5 business days. Its been longer than that already. The other reason I will definately not be renewing is because only half of the therapists actually know what they are doing. Its pure chance that youll get someone who is worth the $45 session fee. This means I walked out of their wanting a massage after just receiving one. Total waste of my time and money. Ill be going to the professionals at my gym (Lifetime Fitness) from now on.

Ive had massages from the high end places all the way to the lower end. I must say, Massage Envy has not been the absolute top, but it is great for me as I am a migraine sufferer. I like the flexibility of being able to call and get in same day, when Im sufferring...rather than schedule a week out. The service is pleasant and gives me the relaxation I need. The price certainly cant be beat and I will continue to go back for my much needed pampering.

poor!! I called to schedule a new massage because I had went to Hudson and was not satisfied with the one I had there and they told me I could come back and try with another therapist one who would suit me better and I thought id try the Stillwater one instead and when I called the guy derek who was talking to me was very rude!! poor customer service...would not recommend going there

Went for my first time last night. Had a wonderful time. Tristan did a amazing job. Got a deep tissue and it was great. Would recommend Tristan to anyone looking for a quality massage. The girls at the front desk were very nice also. Great job everyone.

I went to this location even after reading the poor reviews. I must say that I had no issues at all and really enjoyed my massage. Dustin was on time and good at getting the stress knots out of my back. Would go again.

This was our first trip to Massage Envy and lets just say everything but the prostate was massaged and it was excellent!
