I received a gift certificate in March and used it for a 90 minute massage. It was fabulous! HOWEVER.... October 21st (7 months later) I received a charge of $53 on my debit card from this place. I hadnt been back since, so I couldnt figure it out. Turns out there was a system glitch and they told me I would be refunded. I was totally okay with that and thanked the girl on the phone for looking into it. November 7th, Ive tried calling dozens of times and no one ever picks up the phone! Three more voicemails and one e-mail (which was returned because the mailbox was full) and nothing. I cant even get a call back now. My first three messages have been ignored. My next step is to go in to the spa and demand a refund. This is terrible customer service. TERRIBLE. I am a small business owner so Im pretty good about cutting other small business owners a little slack but this... well, bad. UPDATE: Still NOTHING! I have complained to the BBB and they arent responding to them either! Just stay away from this place. Clearly they dont care about making their mistakes right. UPDATE: Filing a complaint with the MN Attorney General. Over $53 they could have easily refunded. Wasnt going to go this far, but since I see theyve done this to at least one other person its time!

The massages here are beyond belief. My vote? Work with Steph. She listens to what I need, makes recommendations, gives discounts when I buy a bunch of massages to use at once, and gives a stellar massage. Great personality among all the team members, and they all do great massage. My preference though, is Steph. She has the most experience, really takes care of me and I appreciate her honesty and professionalism. My favorite services: Integrated Therapeutic Stretching (ITS), 90 min. Master Level Custom Massage, and the 60 min. Master Level Hot Stone Massage. I dont care for other places that are cheap. I dont like small treatment rooms. Thats why I go to StoneWater Institute & Spa. The rooms are big, the ambiance is amazingly calm and therapeutic and I love the amenities like cookies, fresh tea and treats.

I wish I could have used less than one star but one is the minimum. I have made two appointments after my wife bought me certificates for my birthday. Not one time have I been able to use them because Stonewater staff keep bailing out on me. They have been cancelled and re-set, but then cancelled again by Stonewater. I went by today to try one more time to get an appointment after I was done at Fleet Farm. There was a lady knocking on the door that did have an appointment today this afternoon but I guess she was never called or E-mailed by anyone from Stonewater either. The place looked shut down as in "Going out of Business". There was no information on their voice mail either. I wouldnt suggest buying any more certificates from them. Looks like we are S.O.O.L. I purchased two packages back in September and October when they advertised a new place opening in Oakdale... I was assured I could use the certificates there; and now they are not opening this location ... I was also assured that my $206.06 would be refunded promptly - that was in November... no one answers emails, phone goes right to recording that call cannot be completed.... Sick and tired of these great deals and no follow through when theres an issue! I just want my money back for services not provided!

I am unable to even reach the place to schedule anything. Ive called time after time and never get through. In their voicemail they do offer the option for them to call you back but it seems odd that I cant get through to make my own appointment and Ive been trying at different times. There is also the option to schedule online, but they dont allow you to schedule with discounts. So I would LOVE to try it if I could only ever get through. DO YOU HAVE RECEPTIONISTS? DO YOU WANT BUSINESS??

When a situation arose and fraudulent charges were placed on my card, this company admitted fault, that yes, they did charge me incorrectly, but did nothing to help me get my money back. The office girls talked in circles, promising things, and never following through. When I called to get answers, I, the party wronged, was snapped at. This is NOT how you treat customers if you wish to stay in business. I would NOT recommend going here if you expect to be treated kindly.

I loved the massages, However I am currently very unhappy as on Saturday I was stood up. I received an email late Friday 8 pm moving my appointment out to 2:15, when I arrived nobody was around. I prepaid for massages and now i feel the the place has gone under and I am out alot of money. Biggest mistake I ever made and will never prepay for anything again. Does anyone know for sure if they are out of business?

I have purchased massage packages for myself and my husband. I can not get appointments for the services. I leave messages for the owner Steph Lasch - she doesnt return phone calls, emails, or Facebook messages. The manager is rude if you are angry like it is your fault you paid them money and cant get your services. Do NOT go here - you will not be happy.

Stephanie is just the best!! Shes the only therapist that has helped my lower back. She has a great introductory deal and really reasonable package deals. Its easy to make online appointments, she always answers e-mails and works with your requests. I always leave happy and relaxed!

burrrrrrrr..... I froze during the whole massage! Also used cold lotion to top it off! Didnt get a foot rub or a head rub on full body massage. Disappointed!!
