I have never been treated in such a rude manner by any service provider. There were some issues using a LivingSocial that we purchased, and they didnt have enough availability before the expiration date to fit us in. They refused to extend the promotional value, which isnt so bad. What is terrible is how both my wife and I were treated by the owner - we were lied to, told we were lying to her, and generally treated in a rude and unprofessional manner. If their bedside manner is anything like their customer service skill level, run, do not walk.
