I purchased a Dr. Wellness G-60 spa in August of 2014. Once the spa was delivered and we got it installed, 2 of the jets kept popping out. I called RecDirect, who referred me to the tech number. They sent me 2 new jets right away. The problem was they were the wrong ones! I called again and they sent 2 more out. Still the wrong ones, but different from the first two they sent. None of these jets look anything alike! I called again and finally, someone physically went down to the warehouse and picked out the correct ones. They work usually, but still pop out occasionally. My bluetooth also didnt work when the tub was connected. I called tech again and they sent me out a new connector. It still doesnt work. I gave up and I use the cord to connect my phone. Dont waste you money on a speaker system. It sounds terrible! Another problem that popped up the first few months is that some of my LED lights dont work. I called tech and they asked me about wiring. I would have had to take off the panel and search for wiring to see what color it is. Then I would have to pay for a repairman to come and fix the lights. I gave up. At least, most of the lights work. Finally, I was talked into the In.clear system. Dont waste your money! It was supposed to pay for itself over time. It worked ok when it was just me in the tub over the winter, but it cannot handle larger bathing loads!! I called In.clears tech support many times and did everything they told me to do. After draining and refilling the tub 2 times in a month because the water was so gross, I gave up on that too! I am using the Nature 2 Nature sticks and they can clean the water in a couple of days after heavy use. Overall, I do like parts of my spa. I like my jets and where they are placed. I like that I can adjust the amount they are spraying, but there are a couple of them that wont turn. They dont seem to be of very high quality. I like the seating arrangement and that the inside of the tub isnt so high that my head doesnt reach the pillows. (I tried other spas and they were very deep.) With some of the problems I have had in the first year, I worry how long this spa will last. I wish I would have picked a local company.

What a great experience with Steve and Mary! The G-20K tub we bought is such a bang for the buck. They had what we wanted in stock and we had it delivered in a couple of days. We use it almost every night and love the unique 360 degree waterfall. We couldnt be happier with our choice!
