While I have enjoyed services provided here, very disappointed regarding products recommended and associated policies. I was recommended to try the Obagi line to address pigmentation issues, however, was not at all warned/prepared for potential negative side effects. My skin has not adjusted to or recovered from using product. While I was encouraged to continue with promises it would get better, it has not and now I am past the 30 policy where any potential recourse is possible. Would have hoped that considering the cost of the product there would be better customer service.

I have had three treatments at Radiance Medspa in the past 1.5 years and have always had Melinda, the injection specialist, two times I had Botox and one time I had Xeomin. I loved Melindas service and professionalism. I can trust her judgement and advice of how to reduce the lines. But I do want to comment that my experience with Xeomin had the side affect of a bad headache for 7 days so for further treatments I will always ask for Botox and not Xeomin because I never have headaches from Botox.

I always love the Radiance Medspa in Woodbury. All the staff are terrific! I see Teri for most procedures and she is the best...absolutely the best Ive ever had for fillers...ever! Ive referred friends who also rave about her. Additionally, have to say the front desk staff is always fun, light-hearted, helpful and respectful. Radiance isnt ever about "trying to make a sale". I have gone to Dr Laura for 3 years now, I have had Botox done at several other spas and dermatologist offices, she is by FAR the very best. Never have I had even the slightest bruise. My eyelids have not dropped nor any swelling. It is her technique that sets her apart from others. I highly recommend her and whatever you do, do not go to so called Botox parties. Radiance Medspa in Woodbury cares only about making money, not their customers. I tried to contact the owner twice to talk to her about what happened, and she never called me back. She simply didnt care. Management was flaky as well, and would not negotiate with me whatsoever. I would not recommend this spa to anyone. I was extremely disappointed and upset by their lack of compassion and consideration for how I got treated. Unbelievable!

Me and my mom in law went here in radiance for the first time. Excellent experience, all the staff are so friendly and kind. The ambiance is very nice. At the end of the session its up to you to decide wheter you want to see their product,they will not force the customer to buy it :-) i will recommend this place!!oh and the good part is they surprised us a gift card in the mail:-)super happy...thank you radiance..

Radiance is a wonderful way to relax and leave your daily stresses behind. I have really enjoyed Radiance in Woodbury for a year and recommend the same for anyone seeking spa services. A full array of services are offered to meet your individual needs. They occasionally will offer specials to give an opportunity for those who may have a tight budget. A nice Christmas or other occasion gift idea.

I see Teri for botox and shes caring and understanding and professionally addresses all questions and offers advice and suggestions without being pushy. Alysha for microdermabrasion and dermapen is equally as amazing. My skin has had significant improvements since seeing her for services. These ladies and this Medspa rock!!

I went in for a consultation today for my acne. The ambience of the place was nice and very relaxing. However, when I got to sit down with the esthetician, I felt very rushed and it felt like she didnt care on top of trying to push me to use products with the same ingredients of the products I use at home.
