So my mom died on Jan 31st and I moved in after she past and busted a cabinet door made by Garrison Cabinets brought the door in there and was told that they were just way to busy to do anything but the receptionist said shed call me after she talked to the owner. Well next morning she said that he said nope there too busy. So I go to pick up door,and after talking to another cabinet maker he said to ask if they could replace maybe without stain or see if I can find out the color and brand to try and keep the door out of the 300 dollar range! So when I asked this lady at the front starts with the "we dont know that"and the "new guy will figure it out!!" I mean she never made a call to a actual carpenter or anyone!! Dont get me wrong my Cabinets are beautiful and I bet the work they do is great,but to not help a existing customer,worst customer service Ive had in a long time!! It was a horrible experience and I hope others in my neighborhood dont ever have a problem with their Cabinets!!!
