Terrible Customer Service!!! I paid over $3,000 to have more than half of my cabinets damage. Now Im sitting without a kitchen waiting on replacement parts that dont have a shipment date. Customer Service department supervisor could not give me a specific date of when they will be receiving the parts, they said it could be anywhere from 2 weeks to 100 days. ..... So Im supposed to just wait for the parts, have no kitchen with 4 kids at home and of course start making payments on something that I still dont even have. It is really sad that this business is still running because they are really fast to take your money but they dont care if you are left with bad parts for over 4 months and no kitchen. If you still decide to purchase there after reading all of their bad reviews like I did... because I was stupid enough to think that I would not go through that negative experience, and I did!! Make sure you open all of your boxes at the time that you get your cabinets, inspect each part carefully because you will eventually end up receiving bad parts and then you will be sitting without a kitchen just like I am now. I would rather pay more and have good product and great customer service then going here again or recommending anyone to purchase anything at this store. Do your self a favor and buy your cabinets somewhere else!!! You dont need to go through all the stress just to save money... Its not worth it!!! Worst experience I have ever had!!!!!!

Horrible...How are they in business with this type of service... So, I went online first, selected what looked like options that would work for the house. I then called to provide details and stopped in because they said they only provide the free design services in store. When I got there, they said they cant do the design, despite telling me by phone that they handle it when you are in person. I explained this conversation to the woman...and to the person who seemed to be her teenage daughter. The district manager was in the store apparently at the time, so they agreed to have a designer lay out the plan. During this time a few people came in just to get some handles, so I suggested they handle them since its short. They did, and at this point, the district manager person left, and boom, back to zero service. She somehow changed to say that they couldnt do the plan, and they couldnt provide the prices for the three lines that I wanted to compare costs on. This was the worst service Ive had in a long time. Needless to say, I did not buy cabinets there at all...

Dont walk, run! As fast as you can, away from this store. What started off as a pleasant experience has turned into an absolute nightmare. Once this place gets your money, they could care less about whether or not you ever actually receive your cabinets. It has been months since I ordered my kitchen cabinets, and I am still missing two cabinets. At least five times, a person at the store has told me that they located the cabinet and shipped it to me, only to have weeks go by with no cabinet arriving. I always have to call them to follow up (they never call me), and they never have a straight answer- in fact, I believe they just make up lies to get me off the phone, and then forget all about my order. I also returned a cabinet, and four months later am still waiting for my refund. This is the most disorganized, dishonest and frustrating business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their cabinets are not nice enough or priced well enough to be worth this headache. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

We ordered kitchen cabinets about 4 years ago from Cabinets to Go. They were just starting, so the layout specialist was still learning his trade. He planned some fillers when a little juggling allowed us to put in another cupboard instead. Still, though, service was great. Everything was on time, They readily traded out a damaged wood panel for another, and when it turned out that we needed more, they sold us the slightly damaged piece for 50% off. My husband may have flubbed the installation of one of the drawers, which gave us some trouble, so definitely ready your instructions carefully when assembling your cupboards. We experienced great service, and a low price for a very good quality product. We are remodeling another home, and will be returning to Cabinets to Go.

I like the people and service. In terms of the product, well the cabinets are made from 1/2 inch (rather than the normal 3/4 inch) construction. So, sure, they are plywood, but not as sturdy, even not as sturdy and particle board. The lazy susans do not give you a full 36 inches of depth in both directions, in one direction they are only 33" inches deep and actually sit off / away from the wall by 3 inches. The color / stain was not as it was shown in the showroom. The cabinets seem to off gas an odor for a long time (1-2 months). All of this and we havent used them yet. So .. what is the difference between these and pre-assembled? So far a fair amount.

This company is aweful! Customer service Is awful! Missing tons of parts for my kitchen and the rest of the cabinets are damaged! Suppose to have lifetime warranty but it has been 3 months and my kitchen is still incomplete! No one ever knows when products will ship or if they are in stock! Have dealt with several reps and ending trsukt is the same, NOTHING!!!Paid alot of money to not have my order complete!

One word to describe my experience? Better-than-I-could-have-ever-imagined. Okay, so maybe thats cheating, but still. These guys do tremendous work and really took very little time. Super affordable, and now my kitchen looks beautiful. Already referred a few friends over. Maybe theyll even give me a nice deal on my bathroom?! (wink wink).
