Rude customer service. Never going back. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like a dog. The guy didnt even put the jack in the right spot and busted the plastic under my car didnt even apologize for it. I would be surprised if any of these guys have the ability to do this stuff legally. They had a credit card machine but refused to take it. They wanted cash because its "Tax Free" scam.

Had a horrible experience at Used Tires Express on Manchester RD a few months back so I was a bit reluctant to go to another used tires facility; however, Macs Tire & Auto was extremely friendly, fast, and pleasant to do business with. Im one hundred percent satisfied with the service provided. And not to mention fantastic pricing. I highly recommend.

Ive been going to Macs since 2000 & i can always count on a very fair price (almost always under other local business) and i know the job will get done correctly! & w/out being told theres something else that needs fixed! Sold me a car with a engine he knew would fail. Then I gave him the benefit of the doubt and took my new car to him to have him fix a wheel stud and he told me "hes not interested in fixing it".

Honest , repaired tires instead of replacing them months ago, total came to $20 something instead of $100 and something, been fine ever since . Wouldnt take a tip.

They did a balance for my tires but they didnt fix the vibrations so I took it to Sams Club the same day and the guy there said the balance was way off.
