My wife and I took our car in to have the window looked at. We asked how much the labor charge would be if they checked it out and were told that it would take an hour. The next day we were informed what the repair cost would be. I explained that we could not afford the rate. I then requested that the window be put in the up position and asked if we could pick it up before I went of to work. The manager told us that he would prop the window up and that he would call us when it was ready. He called my wife when they were closing and let her know the car was ready and again asked if she would like him to go ahead and order the parts for the window repair. My wife declined again. When she went to pick up the car the window was not propped up and the problem was worse. There was also a "five dollar off” discount on the bill but the labor charge was for 1.1 hours which brought the bill $10 higher than quoted. I called to express my displeasure and the resolution the manager gave me was $20 off if we deiced to have the window repaired. I explained to him that we still could not afford the rate and he said, "sorry I cant help you." I am now looking for a good mechanic.

Horrible! I dont recommend this place to ANYONE!! My check engine light was on. I went there to get it checked and they told me it was the fuel pump. Got fuel pump replaced, light still on. Took it back and they said it was the catlic converter. Got it replaced, light still on and car was shaking very bad. Car ran poorly! No worker could figure out what the problem was. Took my car to the dealer and they replaced the 02 sensors, car ran perfect however light still was on! They informed me that the catlaic converter needed to be replaced. Took it back to meineke and they agreed as well. They made me pay to get it replaced and told me that they would have to send the part back to the supplier to see if there was a defect and if so I would recieve a refund! They put new part on and light went out however no refund. The supplier said they didnt find a defect in the part. The workers there was really nice to me, just dumbfounded in the work that they do. Never will I go back to them. I spent money that didnt need to be spent on them guessing what the problem was.

Went in for Inspection & Emissions test and the work was sloppy. There is an oil smudge on the new sticker in-between the glass and the sticker. The tech also did not take the time to clean off all the residue from last years inspections stickers. What he did manage to get off he left laying on the dashboard. It would have taken only a few more minutes to do a decent job. Once I asked the manager to come out and look at it he told me that, "we dont make any money off these" so we dont clean off the window. Bottom line: DONT GET VEHICLE INSPECTION DONE HERE!

I had a nail in my tire and my service engine light was on, so I took it there to plug the tire and investigate the service engine light. They checked out my car and plugged my tire. Management did not try to up-sell new tires to me, he knew the ones I had were fine. My service engine light disappeared after they fixed the tire, again he didnt up sell something I didnt need. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. I will always go back there.

I havent now nor will I be going to this store. I called simply to ask if they repair/replace side mirrors. The woman who answered the phone replies with an awful attitude "yeah, but not until next week" I said thats fine I dont get paid until then Im just calling around to get prices right now. She then gives me an estimate without asking any info about my car or mirror. I will pay the extra 30 bucks to go to Dobbs who was much kinder.

Always just do the work that is required; they never try to upsale. The first time I went was to get my brake pads replaced because the dealer recommended they be replaced soon. They checked it and said they still had plenty of life left. More importantly, they took the time to point this out to me while the tire was still off. They have a new devoted customer.

I went here to get a full work up on the car before purchase. They werent able to finish the work, I got the paperwork via email four days later, and when I called them when the car was having issues one week later, was told I had two minutes to summarize calling the number given on the email.

Initially annoyed that their hours dont match whats on Google or corporate meineke site. Apparently theyve tried getting corrected but to no avail. Anyway, havent got work done yet but appreciated the honest estimate I was provided.
