I attempted to wash my car yesterday at the Brentwood Car Wash. I inserted my credit card and waited. Nothing happened. I tried a few more times of inserting my card, but again, nothing happened. No time showed up, no lights lit up and when I tried to use the cleaning wand, nothing would come out. I didnt have any cash on me, so I left. Checked my account statement and there was a charge of $15.00 from Brentwood Car Wash. Ive tried calling the phone number listed, of course there is no answer. Its going to be a headache to dispute this charge, and the amount of $15 is not worth the hours it is going to take. Avoid the credit card option and save yourself a dirty car and $15 bleeding from your wallet.

Ive just used them for the first time. Quite pleased. I ended up paying about $23 total (vacuuming in the beginning included) but my car was very, very dirty (with lots of dried spots that required a lot of scrubbing). They have a lot of bays so I dont think there are any "lines" ever. Equipment works great. Swiping your card is an incredible convenience. It automatically shuts off after half an hour which equals $15. I need more time, so I swiped twice. Ive got the feeling it charges your card to the second (for instance my second charge was $3.17).

Put my money in (non refundable) and then the hose creaked open. Moved to a different stall and washed my truck. Left a voicemail at the business number and advised them of the defective equipment and my wasted $7. I know its $7, but I never got a call back and out of principle, thats unprofessional, not to mention the dry rotted hose that should have been replaced a long time ago. Too bad, it seemed like a nice place. I shouldnt have had to spend a total of $17 on a car wash.

I had an issue where my credit card was charged $15 each time becasue I didnt push the "STOP" button on the card reader when I finished the car wash. I called and talked to Morgan about it and not only was she extremely nice about explaining what happened, she refunded my money back! As a fellow business owner myself, I appreciate when other companies go above and beyond to help the clients. Ill be a lifelong user of this car wash now!

I needed a serious vacuum job and a wash and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. The vacuums were powerful, the water jet was too, and the soap rinsed off very easily, not leaving a residue like most places. A great do-it-yourself experience and I highly recommend stoppign by if you need a wash.

I have been using this Car wash for years. It is the BEST IN TOWN. There are, at least, 3 car washes that are closer to my house than this one, but I go out of my way to go here. It is the only self serve wash that has an attendant. The guys that work there are always helpful.

Conveniently open 24/7. This car wash has good vacuums and multiple wash settings including a bubble brush, which is nice. I couldnt get the dryer to do much though. You can pay with coins or credit card. I got a good vacuum and wash for less than $5.

I love this place - its a classic. Convenient and easy - great technology - always reliable - my car is happy today now that we have used the big foamy brush to get off the dirt. The attendant is great - wonderful value.

If you use the credit card option, you will see a $15.00 charge on your credit card statement. Theres no way to really know what youre being charged while using the equipment, even if you use it for 4 minutes.
