Bought the most expensive package (wheel covers, leather cleaned and shined, etc.) and had to come home to finish the job! Leather was half cleaned with streaks and corners missed, wheel covers were dirty and streaked (only the surface cleaned--probably in the car wash cycle), small white dots were left on the outside (dried rain guard?), when I left I noticed they had left one of their terry cloth towels in the front passenger floor area. I had to redo the leather dash and trim because it was so streaked it looked better when it was dirty! I was the only customer there and there were two people working on the car, so one would think they had enough time to do the job correctly! And, with tip, I paid over $50 for this! Last time I go to this car wash--and I used to go there regularly.

I went there for the first time and its going to be the last time The lady on the cast register was so nice but the car wash was bad they dont do their job right I paid $31.95 which is not cheap and was not worth it the guy told me its full service The outside wash was not bad but the inside I feel like the car stays the same it was before the car wash the glass The dashboard The cupholder even the vacuum wasnt good when he told me its ready i check on the car the dashboard was not touched and he told me I dont supposed to do that but Im a do it for you he was acting like hes doing me a favor anyway after this experience I rather go to gas station car wash or I do it by myself im very sure I can do way better job than them

Just left the this is my second time going for service trying to support. I will never support this drug addict service again. These Dope addicts are rude, lost my keys and they got snappy just because I asked where my keys were. The job was piss poor for cleaning my 5 year old couldve done it. If your not happy with your job you shouldve went to school and bettered yourself instead of doing drugs and washing cars. The lady at the front desk was nice although:)

I paid for the works car wash which includes cleaning inside and out, cleaning the wheels , windows, and tire shine. The guy cleaning my car didnt put the tire shine on or clean the wheels. I let management know and they gave me a free car wash of lesser value. When I brought the car back I had to pay the difference!

It was fast like I needed it, But they did not even clean/wipe my dash or my console. And I paid for the wheel deal... 20 bucks and they didnt even wipe inside. And did a mediocre job vacuuming. I guess you cant get 100% service these days. I could have done this at the car wash up the street on Lindbergh.

Absolutely horrible service I got the rain-x wash that was $26.95 I had to make the service aid waive down my dashboard and my windows hadnt been touched. When I spoke with the manager she had an attitude like I was bothering her. I will never ever visit the car was again it was my first and last!!!!

I use to go there all the time until I start seeing that they have different people every damn week and my items came up missing in my back seat I went and made a police report... I couldnt believe them all the times I did business with them... They start half doing my vehicle very unsatisfied.

Its not Worth YOUR MONEY AT ALL. DO NOT STOP HERE...THEY DO NOT CLEAN YOUR CAR WELL...THEN THEY wanna tell you what u should pAy for. Youre going TO be pointing out ALL SPOTS .THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN AND RENAME THEIR BUSINESS TO "CLOWN" CAR WASH

Neither my wife nor I will ever visit this place again. They literally damaged my wifes interior of her car using A harsh abrasives but would not except any responsibility. ITS A NEW CAR PEOPLE!!!! AND YOU RUIN IT! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place sucks big time. They charge you for one thing but do some different on your car. I do not recommend. I called back to let them know wasnt pleased. The man was rude and ignorant. They have wash your car.

Sad to say I wont be coming back here, been bringing all 3 of my cars here for a while; now that they charge large car prices for a small crossover that is smaller than a car its not worth it.

For how long they actually took to "clean my car," it still had a considerable amount of crumbs and dirt on the inside. I would have had them do it over if my daughter wasnt whining to leave.

They literally damaged my cars paint job and refused to refund my money. If you care about your car at all, dont take it here. Youd be better off running it through a gas station car wash.
