DO NOT go to this car wash! No Attendant is EVER onsite, when car wash does not work, no one answers the phone nor do they respond with their "refund" payback form. 3 weeks lare not even a call when wash was not working properly. Filed a complaint with BBB to advise and contacting Chris Nagus with channel news 4 for investigation. No listing for this company anywhere, DO NOT USE, spend 3 more dollars and go right down the road for a live person hand wash!

I have been to this car wash a few times. I had a problem with the car wash automatic teller taking my money and not giving me a car wash. I called Car Wash Express and left a message on the answering machine. They got back to me in a reasonable amount of time (I am thinking a weekend was involved) and sent me a free car wash and a refund for the one I did not get. I always appreciate good customer service and I will be back.

Worst company. Its impossible to reach anyone. Their sign always says ATTENDANT ON DUTY. Thats a litteral joke. That being said I did find someone there aervicng the car wash aftet stoping by more then a dozen times. They gave me a voucher for a free wash for a precious issue. The machines dont take the vouchers, so its of no value. If anyone knows how to reach these ass-clowns please post on here! Thanks!

Went to this Car Wash on 1/30 around 11:40 the machine took my money and did not provide a receipt nor did the door open so I could enter the bay area to get the $9.00car wash I paid for. Then when I called I get an answer machine. Will never go this place again. Please contact me asap so I can get my refund

A visibly deteriorating facility with poor equipment upkeep. Wash cycles are short and poorly timed...leaves or drips soap on vehicle before pulling out. Used to be a good place to get a decent wash....can hardly see wash selection screen its so weatherd and hazed over.

Car wash will take your money and not perform a wash. I called and left a message and someone named David claimed Id get a refund. This was 2 months ago, I would never go to this car wash again. I also suggest everyone contact the BBB of St. Louis county like I have.

I paid $9 for the soft cloth wash; it covered my car with soap, and then turned the dryer on. It was Sunday, no one there. I pulled around and paid another $9 for the touchless wash. When I try to call them to get a refund, the phone is answered "Totally Tan".

I could still write "wash me" in dust on my back window and the spray couldnt even wash off the specks of mud on my side window either. Wish I could get my time and $8 back.

Car wash did not perform what I paid for. After the so called wash and rinse my entire SUV was still covered with suds and the dryer never cam on!

Needed to go to a touchless car wash. The $9 wash is the best one, it does EVERYTHING. I was very satisfied! And it takes visa check cards!

Took my 2014 Silverado through the brush side. Grill and tail gate still dirty. Even paid for the Double Pass wash option. Dryer sub par.
