After looking online, Amazon and the direct manufacturer for a very small item with not a lot of description, I called customer service at this Office Max location. The gentleman on the other line could have just said sorry I dont know but instead he asked someone who did, was prompt, courteous and patient. While they didnt have the exact item I was looking for, Im thankful for the time they put into such a small request, and will definitely think about this location the next time I am looking for office supplies. Great customer service.

The guys were very helpful and even stayed past closing to help me find what I needed. On my most recent visit I needed help getting coupons printed from my email and one of the managers Rhonda went out of her way to help me print the coupons and even walked the store with me to help me make sure I got all the correct items. I was so shocked because no one gives service like this anymore unless they are working on commission.
