Im very upset about what happened today. I went in to have a document printed and binned for me. I was not asked if I wanted it in color or black and white. The document was from an excel spreadsheet and on the computer it was in color. It was printed in color and I was charged an obscene amount. More than twice what I had paid yesterday for 2 printed and binned documents of the same thing. When I did say something to the guy at the counter about it being so much he said "people dont realize that color copies are more". Well if I had known that it was going to be $0.40 more I would have obviously said black and white but I was never asked or informed about that. Unfortunately I was wearing a school shirt and did not want to make a scene about being charged so much so I paid for it (because I do need it for school) and I left but I will NOT be going back! If I need something I will go somewhere else.

The people at the Copy Desk are amazing. They respond to emails rapidly, call you back quickly with quotes, make sure to tell you when they think theres a better option for what you need done, and after all that - theyre FAST. Rates are comparable to anyone else, but the service is amazing. Were an animal rehab charity, and we love them for all of our printing needs!
