Hello! I strongly believe to become better individuals and provide better services, we should care enough to share constructive and thoughtful feedback so that it’s clear on the what we can improve on for next time. You’re not just helping the company, but also customers. I want to take the time to share some thoughtful and positive feedback because it’s WELL DESERVED. I’ve worked with Exclusive Events for the past few years now. I work for a global PC gaming company. I collaborate with EE on community and internal facing events for my company. I provide positive feedback to the company directly, but shame on me for not doing this sooner. The Exclusive Events squad (owners & team) are very talented and beautiful individuals. I feel like I’m their #1 client, even though they’re working several events simultaneously. They’ve been very understanding around our company processes, mindful of our schedule changes, last minute requests, and willing to do what’s most convenient for me. THEIR EVENT AND PRODUCTION CRAFT IS ON POINT!!! They have highly skilled event designers that not only asks what you’re looking for, they take the time to understand the “what” and “why” so that they can provide the best services. Their not afraid to give you honest feedback (when needed) if they see a better outcome, but they are more than willing to do what will make the client happy. I personally prefer to work with talented individuals that aren’t afraid to give feedback, share thoughts/different perspectives (e.g.,catch something that I may have missed to make sure we’re providing the best experience). When it comes to design there is nothing that this company can’t do. Even if it is a new idea, they’re willing to help meet or exceed your expectations (ex: put in more production hours to custom build furniture pieces that work best for your event). Yes, that’s right. If you’re looking for a company for your event that understands the creative process, has great eye for style, willing to work with you every step of the way, and rad production skills, Exclusive Events is for you. I want to reiterate that this is honest feedback and no fluff (no bullshit). I will continue to work with Exclusive Events for future event opportunities and I’m very selective. I look forward to collaborating with EE because they understand the art of events, but more importantly, they understand great customer service!!!!! We have the freedom to share our voice. So make your voice count. Provide thoughtful feedback.

It was a pleasure working with Exclusive Events for the second year now. I work for a local brewery and for our largest food & beer festival of the year, we partnered with EE to create custom bars and a lighting display that was the perfect party setting! EE was incredibly attentive and professional and it was so easy to work with their whole crew. I would highly recommend EE for any large (or small) scale event needs!
