I was tasked to book a bounce house for our company, did so online a week and a half before the event day, received confirmation of the booking via an email the same day, even received a reminder email of the booking 3 days prior to the event. Less than 24 hours before the event time I receive a phone call from Jolly Jumps cancelling the booking from someone with extremely poor customer communication skills. Apparently if you book online there is a box you need to check to distinguish if the event is for "residential" or "business" use. I accidentally checked "residential" as the event is being held in a "residential" subdivision (silly me right?). For "business" events they stated the County requires a special permit. Great, my mistake, but why am I finding that out less than 24 hours before the event????!!!! Why they could not call and let me know that a day or two after booking is beyond me. They have also done SEVERAL events with our company before so they shouldve known a permit would be needed, no? Either way, I was able to go to one of their competitors who was extremely friendly, and was able to get a bigger bounce house for cheaper costs, NO permit required since the event is being held in a residential subdivision and was able to get us a bounce house last minute. Needless to say our company will never being using Jolly Jumps again for any of our events (we hold at least one monthly, sometimes two), and will be using their competitor. If anyone else experiences these issues with this company please message me and I will be more than happy to provide you with the name/number of company that is helping us out last minute.

Biggest scam of a company I have ever seen! Called to inquire about information on renting a bounce house for my sons birthday. I was told to even make sure they could get it for me I had to do a $50 deposit and that they would need my credit card information. I asked why and they told me it was policy even though I told them I wasnt even sure if we were for sure going to know the location and date. I was also told it was just policy and would be refunded should we not use their services. My wife tells them a few days later that we are canceling. Then on the day of my sons birthday, we get a call saying they are showing up. I told her we had canceled weeks ago. She lied and stated no one had called her when I was STANDING NEXT TO MY WIFE when she made the call. I told her that it wasnt my problem if her staff didnt inform her of the cancel. I then find out they had charged my credit card for HUNDREDS of dollars more than one time! It got so bad my bank started refusing the charges under fraud alert. I was unaware of any of these charges. I am still going through hell trying to straighten this all out. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE! Do not give them any bank information, none of the charges were authorized and they will try to take money from your account! Will be following up with the Better Business Bureau. Criminals all of them that should be put out of business!!!

We had a horrible experience with Jolly Jumps. We booked them for a bounce house here at our preschool. We went online and booked the house and paid in full through the website. The Friday before they were scheduled to arrive i got a call from an incredibly rude woman whom informed us that apparently we had missed a box on their website. Instead of just kindly explaining the situation (We would have paid any extra fee or done anything we had to) she was rude, condescending, and completely disrespectful. We decided to go with another vendor that is actually friendly. The reason we canceled had nothing to do with permits or extra fees or the actual bounce house. We canceled due to how we were treated. When you work for a company that mainly deals with children and has a name with jolly in the title perhaps hiring people with a little bit on compassion and kindness would be a good idea. I will never book with them again and have passed along the word to other preschools in the St Louis area.

Ordered a bounce house for my sons birthday party this past weekend, and Jolly Jumps delivered with no problems whatsoever. The weather was kind of crappy, so they called in the morning to make sure we were still having the party, and showed up an hour earlier than scheduled. The bounce house was very nice, and the kids really enjoyed it. When it was dropped off, I was informed that they wouldnt be able to pick it up until much later than the rental time, but that was considered free time and wouldnt cost any extra. We were scheduled for 12-4pm, but ended up having it from 11-530pm. The drop off and pick up crew were both very prompt and courteous. I would recommend Jolly Jumps for any of your party rental needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called this place today to get information and book a bounce house for a birthday party and the girl (I think her name was Alexa) was very rude and after a minute or two of talking she literally hung up on me...out of nowhere! I was in shock! I will not be booking any events with this company, ever! Terrible customer service and based off of previous reviews, it sounds like they dont deliver what you order. Dont wast your money!!!

Jolly Jumps of St.Louis will be our new "go to" for kids and kids at heart. The customer service was superb! They called a week ahead, then the day before. They set up early early because of the predicted high heat, and disassembled late, so we got bonus time! The cost was about average, and the equipment was clean, and functioned exactly as promised. Dont go anywhere else for your childrens entertainment!

I ran a summer camp where my teens chose a project and arranged all the details themselves. They chose to use Jolly Jumps for the festival they ran. Everything about the experience (aside from monitoring the children!) was painless and efficient. It was simple enough for a 15 year old to figure out and then pass along to me. The cost was reasonable and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Extremely friendly customer service. The equipment was very clean and well maintained as when they showed up at the end of our event, they arrived with vacuums and cleaning supplies. To see how much time and pride they put into their appearance and to back it up with exemplary customer service, was a very pleasant surprise. Would and will most definitely recommend.

For the past 2 years Jolly Jumps has provided inflatables for our event. They have been awesome! They reply to emails very quickly, super friendly and helpful, they deliver the inflatables on time, pick them up quickly at the end of our event. Nothing but good things to say about this company. I highly recommend using them!
