MISMANAGEMENT....HIGH PRICES....SHADY EMPLOYEES!!! I should have done better research on prices in the local area. This company had no reviews and seemed like a good fit for our event. Other places in the local area like Iberia Rentals have the same items for rent at about half the price. Now pricing aside, they are shady. I ordered 100 white resign chairs all of witch are supposed to come with bags. If you loose any bags charges are levied against you at 2 to 2.50 a bag. The chairs were delivered just in the nick of time about when everybody had to get ready for the event to start. Delivery is not setup so you have to do it yourself. 25 of the chairs cam without bags. This was immediately brought up to the man delivering the bags and he promised to take care of it. If i could have been there at the time of delivery PICTURES would have been taken but i had to be at the alter in under an hour because the chairs arrived so late in the day. Well the bag situation was not taken care of. When the chairs were returned a debate ensued over who lost the bags. The man delivering them swore they all had bags. Then the manger tells me "my employees are very thorough because if they loose bags they get suspended are fired". This is a good reason for employees to hide their mistakes and cost you money. I greatly feel what happened was the delivery crew was in a rush, lost the bags, and blamed it on us. He denied ever talking to us about it. The company then "investigated" the issue obviously ending with me at a loss. If I ever plan another event I will choose someone with better prices and hopefully employees who will not lie about their mistakes at the customers expense. All in all it was a learning experience. If you book with these guys bring a camera if they deliver or pick up. There are better places out there who will not jerk you around like event rentals of Lafayette.
