one star feels almost to much. the basic centerpieces they offer for a wedding are so overpriced, that i could have bought them at Michaels for way less. If you do not agree on any of their ideas (cause you might not have a budget of $10.000), they give you a hard time. I had to fill out a peinformation paper with my budget. on the phone i was told the budget is fine and i can come in for an appointment. at the end of the appointment i got a bill which was twice the money of my budget, cause they added neccesarities, they insisted i have to have. like the linen table cloth, i said i rent them from the reception... that was not even an option! after i have seen the bill, i knew why. they were 3 times the price of what i have had payed at the reception place. we all know that linen table cloth are no where cheap! i would not recommend them at all!!

Jane at Buresh Rental was TERRIBLE. She pretty much called my daughter, my future son-in-law and myself a liar. She was to mail a written estimate to us and then refused. She never returned phone calls. Her customer service skills were horrible. Would NEVER recommend renting from here. She would cut me off when I talked. When we went for our first appt. she made recommendations for things that seemed very tacky and when we told her we were not interested in them, she still tried to push for them. What we were asking for, she brushed aside and came up with things that were totally not what we were looking for. They make it a very stressful time, when picking out things for your wedding reception should be a joyful time. It seemed that she was pushing for things just to get the cost up, not for what you are truly wanting to have.

I continue to be very pleased with Buresch Rentals. They were very helpful and accommodating to me -- even when my request required a quick turn-around. Jayne remembered our group from the year previous, which impressed me; and she complimented us on the Valentine Banquet that our high school boys were planning for the girls. Mike, who helped load the tables was friendly and personable. They even gave me an extra day to return the items due to weather conditions -- they called me to tell me that! Overall, we had another wonderful event, thanks, in part, to the great people at Buresh! Mark Forstrom, youth pastor, New Covenant Bible Church.

I cannot give even one star to Buresh Rental! I got married this past weekend! We borrowed some items at Buresh Rental... make sure you check ALL the items before you take the items with you... they make sure there is something wrong with the items so when you bring them back you have to.pay them for the items! They pack the items well in thr boxes so that you dont know the items are broken! The customer service is AWFUL!!!! I will tell everyone I know about this place! They dont care about any customers... they just want money... greedy awful people! I think its about time for Jane to retire! One word... TERRIBLE!!!!!!

So Im not usually one to complain about other businesses, let alone publicly, but working with Buresh rentals for our wedding invitations has been a total NIGHTMARE! I was told today by the manager that she was tired of "fussing" with me and that she doesnt have time to help me. She kept changing the wording on our invitations, forgot to put the time of the wedding, never returned any of my calls, and never followed through anything she said she would. Then has the nerve to say shes tired of ME!? Lord help me with my patience.

Jared and Erikas wedding was amazing and perfect - we are from out of state and were happy, satisfied, delighted in every way with Buresh Events for our daughters wedding. From invitations, linens, rentals, over-all design, fresh floral center pieces, day of coordination. A truly perfect wonderful wedding weekend. We were blessed to connect with Jayne and her team. Happy wedding family.

We ordered our wedding save the dates, invitations, programs, napkins from Buresh Events and they were amazing! So easy with emailing the proofs to us and super easy to work with and "everything" was perfect. We are also doing our Wedding Décor too. Go there - beautiful shop - 2 of our friends recommended them and glad they did. Happy Iowa Couple July wedding.

I called to rent a tent for Farmers Market and found out the cost to rent would be the same as the cost to outright buy one brand new. What a rip off. The lady was rude on the phone as well. I couldnt imagine hiring them for my wedding or any other event for that matter.

Buresh handled our wedding as well has done various events for our company and have always been fantastic! Jane is excellent at what she does and cares about your event as if it is her own. I recommend anyone to Buresh!
