Today is Wednesday, February 12, 2014--two days before one of the most important days in a husbands and wifes relationship. As a male and a procrastinator who works in Russellville but in need of a customer-designed flower arrangement for Valentines Day for my wife who lives and works in Little Rock, I scoured the web for Little Rock florists. I started with the first Google return and worked my way down the list of florists, but all of those florists either (a) would not create custom orders, (b) would not accept additional orders, or (c) did not have any tulips available. Several of the workers even hung-up on me without a "Thank you for calling" or saying "Goodbye." I hit pay-dirt when I called Floral Express Flower Market and spoke with Ted--one of the nicest, most customer-friendly employee I have ever encountered (and no, that is not an exaggeration). Ted quickly verified that he had tulips in stock, he gladly agreed to customize my order, and he even asked me if I wanted the arrangement delivered Thursday--making me look like a real planner and saving my skin! I highly recommend buying flowers from Floral Express and working with Ted. You wont be disappointed, and youll be glad you conducted business with a company that actually cares about its customers, which as we all know, is a rare occurrence these days.

I have been meaning to write you a note to thank you for your outstanding service. You went above and beyond! The afternoon I was to pick up the flowers I had a few unexpected events occur. I panicked in the grocery line at 5:15pm when I realized I had not remembered to pick up the flowers earlier! Much to my relief, you left them at the security desk with a sweet reminder message. As a professional florist I am very selective of the florists I send my customers orders to. My shop is in Springfield, MO and I chose Floral Express to send a Bromiliad plant to my customers recipient in Little Rock, AR. The attractive plant was delightfully presented and I receivewd delivery confirmation before noon! My customer and I were very impressed both with the product quality and the service.
