I purchased and have in writing an order for a frame tent, but instead was delivered a pole tent. The tent delivered required a complete overhaul of the layout of my wedding as the dance floor needed to be under a covered space. The DJ, dance floor, schedule, decorations, and catering all required reorganization due to the incorrect tent being delivered. Upon confronting Robin (the owner) about this, she stated that a frame tent can have support poles coming down to the ground in the middle of the tent footprint. Ive researched this extensively and also contacted other tent companies to verify their definition of a frame tent vs. pole tent and found that no company identifies a frame tent as a tent that utilizes poles coming down from the center peaks to support the structure from the ground. I followed-up with the third party set-up company used to assemble the tent and they also confirmed that the structure installed was in fact a pole tent, and not a frame tent. No refund or compensation was given after confronting the error by PartyOnStillwater. If you want to work with a company that does in fact know the product that they are selling, avoid this one. They will not refund, will not attempt to go the extra mile to recover the service mistake, and will leave you with numerous added expenses as a result of their lack of product knowledge.

Party on Stillwater made our Graduation Party an easy success. Party on Stillwater coordinated every detail. Party on Stillwater organized and coordinated the caterer, the tents, the tables, the chairs, the centerpieces, the signage, absolutely every detail. The on-site representative hauled empty bottles to the recycling bin, cleared tables with no one even aware it was happening, cut and served the cake....honestly, we did nothing!!!! I will use Party On Stillwater every time I have an event. I could never have sourced all the vendors they coordinated plus it would have been more expensive if I did it myself...I checked! Absolutely an A+ experience.

We used PartyOnStillwater for our sons graduation party on June 11, 2016. Everything from the planning, setup, cleanup and billing was perfect and well planned. The yard games were a big hit! With Robin and her crew taking care of all the details, we could enjoy the party with our family and friends. It was wonderful to see our son enjoy his day and we couldnt have been happier with the way things turned out. When our daughter graduates in a few year, well be calling them again!

The conditions were a bit challenging (outside and a little wet) and the three servers were very efficient, pleasant, followed our requests and cleaned up perfectly.
