When it came time for our 10 year High School reunion the buzz started on Facebook and a lot of excitement generated; but none of us knew where to start.We were totally lost. We didnt have a clue about venues, food, decorations, or any additional activities. Being the first graduating class, we didnt have anyone else to ask. Then I got an email from Paula. She had tons of ideas! She started off by gathering a list of helpers and then organizing a survey. She got the results together and started planning right away. Within one week she had our choices narrowed down, approximate pricing, and a tentative itinerary. I was amazed! We had one more voting opportunity, and then by the second week all the details were set. She appointed people to take care of key items, coordinated everything with the venue, set up pre-reunion activities and post reunion activities. She did this all from Ohio when the reunion was in Southern California. She was able to orchestrate a FANTASTIC event for 200 people from 2,000 miles away! There was not one detail over-looked. The programs were perfect, the decorations were exquisite, the venue was ideal, the food was delicious, and the she made it seem effortless. I was floored by how quickly things got done, how seamless it all seemed, and I cant emphasize enough that she did this all from 8 state away! She was able to direct people who were close by, make sure the vendors were taken care of, and as a result we had a wonderful, unforgettable night along with multiple other activities that made it a truly memorable week for all who attended. I am so thankful to Paula for her attention to detail, caring heart, and "get-it-done" attitude. I can say with 100% confidence that without her skills and talent, the events would not have been nearly as special. I really appreciate her integrity, persistence, and kindness every step of the way. Hire her! Your event will come out better than you could ever imagine!

We could not have pulled off our 10-year high school reunion without Paula. There is only so much you can do on a Pinterest board, and Paula went above and beyond to make our vision a reality. My experience working with Moments by Paula from start to finish was impeccable. Constant communication helped tremendously. I had zero stress on the day of the reunion, as she had planned everything perfect! She was always available throughout the night and checked on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. Paulas excellent communication skills, positive outlook and overall pleasing personality enhance her natural leadership qualities. Paulas willingness to accept challenges and listen to input enable her to create the most beautiful, and FUN events.
