I can not thank Mary Cate and her staff enough for the wonderful care and service she provided to myself, my daughter and four bridesmaids on the morning of my daughters recent wedding. A bridal suite was graciously provided for us, along with ample staff and supplies for our beauty needs, including lovely hairstyles and professionally applied makeup. Additionally, even though we had not prearranged for breakfast to be provided, when Mary Cate heard my daughter complain of stomach discomfort, she very kindly purchased bagels, cream cheese and orange juice for all of us. I am extremely grateful for this true act of kindness. I would also like to thank Katy, Jordan, Jen and all the other young ladies who came to the salon at 6:30am on a Saturday morning to care for our group. You are each extremely talented professionals. My lovely daughter never looked so beautiful. And as promised, our hairdos and makeup lasted throughout a very long day and looked very good in the photographs. We are still receiving numerous complements. Although I was not previously a regular client at Mary Cates Salon, she and her excellent staff have earned my undying gratitude and loyalty. Mary Cate is not only a respected professional who provides top caliber beauty services at a reasonable cost, she is also a business woman with a heart of gold.

Absolutely terrible experience. I used them for bridal services and theres a long list of several things that were handled wrongly and I hate this salon now. They misplaced my contract and my deposit which created so much confusion. Even the day before my wedding details were still be straightened out and that was extremely frustrating. I would have dropped there services if I would have gotten my money back. While the actual staff wasnt that bad, I worked mainly with the owner and she was so rude. In the end their prices where not worth the headaches I dealt with and I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone.

I have always received Top Notch service. The staff at Mary Cates Salon is Extremely Profesional and very Accommodating! They are the Best of the Best and super nice to everyone. I cant believe anyone would have a bad experience here! Mary Cates Salon, is a very Professional business and the Owner is such a sweetheart! She respects everyone with such Grace! I have to say that this Salon is super Top Notch and I wouldnt go any where else to have my hair done! And Im very picky about who does my hair. I Love Mary Cates Salon :-)

It is obvious that Mary Cates is an expert at cutting mens hair. I am a very particular person when it comes to a short haired precision cut. Mary does not disappoint. She pays attention to every detail . I highly recommend !

Staff is difficult to work with and very rude. They are very unaccomodating and the prices are way too high for such poor customer service. I would not recommend their services.
