So ive tried getting an ombre done on my hair. The first time I went I asked for a master because I assumed that they were better, but it really just makes them way more expensive. The lady vompletely messed up my hair and didnt even blend the ombre up into my actual color. She covered this up by curling my hair. I had to go back to get it fixed later by someone who was better and wasnt even a "master" stlyist. The second time I went it I asked to get a trim. The lady cut off 6 inches of my hair and made my ends blunt rather than whispy. The third time I went in ( believe me I have no clue why I went in again) I wanted to get my dark hair back to the blonde ombre I had. Firstly my color wasnt stripping right so I understand why the product came out darker than expected. But the lady dyed my hair a darker brown than it actually needed to be and also left my roots lighter than the rest of my hair sonce it bleached faster. She was nice and said " we will need to do this in 3 different appointments and sent me to the cash register" the bill was 200, yes 200 dollars. I have never had my hair cost this much for a product that is hardly vlose to what I want with light brown roots. I have had more done to my hair (with a better end product) and have never had it cost over 100. Luckily I know to bever go there again. Dont go there if you want professional dyes, honestly great clips would have been better.

If you are looking to buy products or make up at this store, save yourself the trouble. One person is checking people out on a Saturday afternoon with 7 people waiting in line. After I waited in line for 10 minutes just to be able to ask a question, the salesperson gave me a blank look and said maybe its over there. Ok, I got a $10 coupon to come back to shop with them again but I think I will pass. Sephora and Ulta any day over this place. Horrible!

I went for a deva cut and regret the results. I had been in the past and had good experiences, but this time around I didnt feel heard by my stylist in my requests. For being an "expert" she did an awful job. Thankfully hair grows back, but I will not be a return customer.

Lots of services. Hair, nails, massage, products. They offer you water, tea and coffee. Used to be soda. I dont drink tea or coffee but I will soda. Had hair cut once there - wasnt good experience. I get my nails done there. Products I think are expensive.
