I went to this salon to get extensions. They looked good but I was ripped off time and again. I had to go back for a few highlights, and was charged $90.00 for this. This is one thing but as soon as I got my hair washed I was dismissed from my appointment with soaking wet hair. $90.00 for this??? When I called to ask how much a few highlights would be I was told $20.00. Imagine my shock with the bill I was presented. I later found out the stylist cut corners and ordered some shorter pieces and charged me for the longer ones. While I was there I noticed other customers there getting complimentary hand massages when they got their hair cut, I didnt get one of course which did not make sense to me when I was getting a $1000.00 service. Gotta say my feelings were hurt! Did I mention the receptionist is incredibly rude? I know this is a long review but I had to get this out of my system. I have never felt so ripped off in my life.

I went to get a trim from Libbey and she hacked my hair. I showed her three pictures of the style I had my previous stylist cut, which had a front, side and back shots so she could see what I was talking about. I asked her to cut it about chin length or a bit longer. It barely reached my chin. I wanted to keep the remnants of the permit is had gotten and expressed this to her and then she proceeded to blow my hair out straight. I asked her to at least leave the front dramatically longer than the back but she cut it short all the way around - it all looks he same length. Itseems not even close to what I wanted and its too short to fix so now I have to wait for it to grow out. I will never go back to this place.

Worst experience ever! I went in to get color put in my hair and get it cut. The young lady at the receptionist area was very unprofessional. She asked me for my credit card before my hair was even done, because she wanted to go home early. Then two days after I got my hair done, the color comes out and it looks grey! I contacted them and told them about the horrible experience and the manager would not even speak with me. She had the receptionist relay the message. I was also told they will not refund any of my money. I think you can get better work done by the students at the beauty school. I would not recommend using the salon.

Salon Dacota was the best hair salon experience I have ever had. From the salon atmosphere, to the haircut, to the follow-up afterwards, I could not have been happier. I am new to the area and had tried several salons and Im so glad to have found this one. I am actually looking forward to my next haircut!

This is the best salon I have been to for over 7 years. I have been searching for this type of atmosphere and service and now would not go to any other salon. Valla is awesome and upon my recommendation now my daughter and son-in-law drive from St. Charles for haircuts.

What a great salon! Absolutely love the atmosphere and not to mention the complementary drinks and wine. Not to mention I had a wonderful experience with Valla doing Micro-blading to my eye brows. She has a nice delicate, soft touch. And They have never looked so good!!

Amazing, went in feeling all frumpy, came out feeling lookig great. Every one I have seen since I got my haur done on Tuesday an i mean everyone. ..has loved and complimented my hair. I can wait to come back, although pricy....it will be my treat to me!
