I had Terra Nations do cut and color on my hair. I asked her multiple times if she thought my hair may not take in blonde like the photo I showed her and I had a secondary option in case which she didnt consider. Well, she ruined my hair to say the least. Chopped, fried and spotty all over. Absolutely nothing like what I asked for (which was dark brown on top with ombré into blonde). I left in shock paying $145 with tears in my eyes. I told her I was unhappy and upset with it and she wouldnt respond in a timely manner so we could resolve this issue. She would bring into the convo things that had nothing to do with the subject of hair. She would not fix it nor would she admit she did something wrong. She claimed she was going to sue ME for calling her out on Facebook. To this day nothing has been resolved or made right. Dont go to her.
